I came here once before for some used tires and the service was good, however, I came back 2 years later and it's like where was the good service? I called the shop to make sure they had the tires that I needed as well as the quantity. I told them I was coming in to buy them. About 20 minutes after I got to the shop, the guy said he sold them. I said what was the point point of calling then? He said I should've came sooner. After that comment, I decided to leave a review. I will NOT be going back to that shop. read more

Called and was told they had my size of tires in stock, apparently someone ordered them and they didn't show up for tires. I was quoted twice 180 for both tires. When I got there they told me the tires are wrong size and my tires would be 240! I left of course. Seems like they wanted to up charge us for driving a Mercedes. read more

Oh my goodness... Where do I begin?! Ok, I'll keep this as short as possible. So, my tire had a blow out... AAA towed my Escalade to Tony's Tires, but while on the way there I called to let them know we were headed there, I spoke to George and explained the situation to him, so he knew we were in route. I needed a used tire, because my husband had just ordered new tires the day before (elsewhere). My vehicle needed an over-sized, non factory, specialty tire. They wouldn't typically have a used tire in that size, but guess what? George went and found me a used tire, in the exact size I needed and they only had one (1)...Thank you George!!! Now, on top of all of that George spotted another tire that had a nail in it. And what did he do? He took the tire off, took the nail out and plugged it for me free of charge. Wow... I don't know what to say. I was blown away by the courteousness, the professionalism and the speed in which everyone works. Highly recommended. We came in with a flat tire and couldn't find our wheel lock key. So, we had all the wheel locks removed and replaced, and a new tire installed, all within 30 minutes, and at a great price. The staff was very friendly, as well. read more

I bought some tires from these guys back in February. I spent close to 900 for all four. My tire blew out in 10 months and i called to see if they can help me out with the factory warranty after routinely rotating them. They wouldn't work with me or give me the run around. After I decided to go ahead and purchase them again I asked if they could just order them and I'd come by to pick them up. They requested a deposit and when I said I couldn't make it to their shop before close they just hung up on me. Rude. You'd think tires would hold up with less than 17,000 miles on them... specially for that price. I had a good experience the first time around but not so much this time. read more

They do great work here, I've had many flat tires or worn out tires (especially with all of the construction around the AV). Absolutely the BEST place to get tires in the Antelope Valley! J.R. took the extra time with me on the phone to order me the right tire for my car so i wasn't overpaying for something i didn't need. Went above and beyond what any other tire place in town would do for me as far as customer service. Then there is the matter of the price, LOWEST PRICE IN TOWN on quality tires! He ordered my tires and had them in the next day, got them installed mounted and balanced and they repaired one of my bent rims on sight in less that 45 minutes. If you need tires and don't want to pay an arm and a leg and not to mention wait in those long lines at the other tire shops then you should definitely come here. Beyond going there and being ignored, it sucks when they do a price switch. Two weeks ago I called in and she quoted me on some tires. She explained I just need to stop by and drop off a deposit. I told her I will once the rims come in and to save the quote. Today when I stopped by to provide my deposit and get the order started for some new tires, she quoted me $35 more per tire. I asked about the price difference and she gave me a silly story how the price on tires is like gas...it goes up and down daily. read more

I went to have my tires replaced yesterday and I was coming from LA. The owner was so nice and patient he waited for me to arrive. I appreciate old fashioned customer service. Also his crew didn't act like they were in a hurry. This review is long over due, but Tony Tires really helped me out in a bind a while back when on a drive I suddenly ran over a pair of broken scissors that poked a hole in my tire. (I know right, what are the chances :() I had a really important appointment to go to in LA and I was panicking so I yelped tire places in Lancaster. Went there Saturday night because I really need a trailer tired spoke with the guy I do not remember his name real nice guy asked him how much for a new trailer tire I was told it will be $90.00 dollars wich is reasonable when he game me the tire I confronted the guy because he was trying to sell me a used tire for the price of a new one really unprofessional let me tell you when asked about the guy just said that it was new but I could see it, the tire had been on the road already it didn't even had a sticker when I asked him about the sticker the guy just said ummm I always take them away so I politely told him to tell his boss the I wasn't paying full price for a new so called tire and that if he was willing to negotiate the price I will buy it some guy with a bad attitude came out and just asked me if I wanted it without even addressing the problem so I told him no.
