We use Tony's Tires for all our tire needs. They are amazing. The place is always so busy and yet somehow we always get in and out so quickly! Today while we were out shopping someone told us that we had a flat, well, almost flat, so since we were near Pep Boys, we drove there and 2 workers told us that we needed a new tire, said even though it had good tread, the sides were worn and tried to sell us one for $116. My husband said no, that was too much money. We went down the street, put air in the tire and drove to Tony's and they found a nail in it, fixed it and checked the tire said the sides were good and that it had plenty more miles on it. We paid them $10 and went on our way. They are just awesome! read more

Do not take your car here! They do not know what they are doing. I bought two used tires and they gave one wrong size tire. I had to go back two times for them to get it right. My car had been vibrating seen they changed the tires and I told them that I might have gotten a bad tire. They told me no refunds which was not the issue, I wanted another tire. I took my car to The Tire Store, which is great by the way, and they found that Tony's sold me a bad tire. The vibration was because of the bad tire o told them they sold me. AMAZING service! On 4th of July holiday, got a flat, and spare was flat as well. Took uber with my flat tire to Tony's and they quickly replaced my tire, drove me back to my house and installed the tire there. Best experience I have ever had at a tire shop, and would recommend to anyone. read more

I want to say first I have seen good reviews and ratings for this tire shop and I would give this place a good review on any other time that I have come here. I have been back to this place several times and have had good to ok service here and yes the prices are very good and affordable and the customer service has always been good. But my experience today was the worst and I don't care how many good experiences you have it only takes one to ruin it for good with me. I go to have 2 tires flipped and an alignment done. Took all of 20 mins. to flip the tires and while they were doing that they had one car in the alignment bay being done. As my car was sitting finished waiting for the alignment bay to be open 3 other customers showed up for an alignment as well and they were serviced first as my car waited after being there before those 3 other customers. The owner comes to me and tells me they were gonna knock out the others cuz mine was gonna take longer. At this point I had already been here for an hr. or more. I mentioned to him that I had been here and had been waiting and that I was there before the others who needed their alignments done. I had things to do and sitting at a tire shop all day was not one of them. He said he understood and that everyone has things do to. I said ok what are you gonna do to compensate me for my time and basically bumping to the end of the alignment line and making me sit there longer than needed? He said nothing. I said no discounts? He said No we don't give discounts. I said So basically I'm shit out luck and your gonna get to me last. He didn't say but pretty much agreed. I said that's bullshit. He says you can go to Pep boys and pay $60.00 to have it done and he walked away as if to not care one bit. Well I did leave and went elsewhere and NO not Pep boys and yeah maybe paid a little more and guess what? I got excellent customer service and they actually fixed and had to redo some of the things Tony's place had done in the past and didn't charge me extra for it. I say this. I will always pay a little extra for good customer service and will be a repeat customer. And to the owner of Tony's your customer service skills suck a** and for that you lost a loyal customer and I will tell my family and friends to never use your shop. And I haven't ruled out going to YouTube to post a video review or any other place to share my experience with you the owner and your shop. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS COMES FIRST!!! I use these guys for flat repairs and such. One time I went here after discount tires, who wouldn't fix my tire due to a nail being close to the sidewall. Regular tire store wanted to sell me a new 200.00 tire, tonys fixed it for like 10 bucks and 10,000 miles still ok. They sell new tires but for that I may try another place unless I need them to be cheap tires or used. Still yeah, they get the job done, in not expensive and quick. good stuff read more

The shop can get crowded sometimes but the employees see to it that you are helped and they work as fast as they can to get you in and out of there. read more

Needed a quick set of tires for my car but didn't want to pay the outrageous fees other vendors charged. Got a quote over the phone, drove down, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Only down side was that their alignment machine was down so I had to drive elsewhere. May not be the best looking neighborhood, but the guys there were gentlemen, the place was clean, and I didn't feel like I was going to have trouble being a single female. read more

i would not recommend this shop to anyone. if i could give 0 stars i would. i called them and asked if they had any good tired for my 20 inch camaro rims, they said yes we have some good ones come down and well take care of you. i went down there and i have 1000$+ rims on my camaro and asked juan, can you be careful with my rims their new and i dont want any damage, he said yeah ill be careful. then he had some other guy take them off and change the tires, after he installed them back, i seem scratches and damages to my rims where he chipped the paint off my rim, i confronted him and told him he tried to blame it on me said thats how it came, until i showed him picture of my rims i took right before they put tires on. then juan informed me to come back in a few days well see what they can do, i returned 4 days later just to be told wait across the street and i waited for 2 hours, while they were joking and playing around, then finally they refused to fix my rims all together. then the new tires they sold me brand new already went out, and have no traction were sliding all around the canyons. do not trust these people, nor their products. read more

first i called and asked how much do you charge for 4 wheel alignment. they said $40. so i went there to have my car done but unfortunately they cant fix it because they think there's a part needs to be replaced. they only did the two front tires and charged me $40. they are a total rip-off!!. poor performance, filthy people. will never recommend this place. it sucks big time. i went to another place to have my wheels aligned and said that i dont have to replace any part and they aligned it perfectly well. the persons i dealt with in tony's tire are so lame, and fat! they just want money and dont want to fix your car. very fat!. read more
