They didn't bring a vacuum. They brought limited cleaning products. What they did well: - Windows and floors What they did poorly: -Closet and kitchen cabinets, completely uncleaned. I did a walk through and asked them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and closets. They just used a dirty wet rag for all of it and still missed the mark. -did not clean the shower walls (tile / grout) or the tub AT ALL. completely dry. Even dust still on the top of the tile. They were responsive and nice when I texted the manager. Offered a 10% discount which I took, and they offered to send the crew back but I declined (I had to get back to work, and didn't have trust or time to walk professional cleaners on how to clean).
