We use a minivan to tow it and havent had any problems. Grumbine's staff was pretty good, they have acres and acres of RVs in all shapes & sizes, we felt that our salesman, Ben, didnt really try and force us into anything else. Financing was arranged through our credit union, though grumbines has a number of lenders they work with directly. Other services that are offered: Repair, Parts and storage of units.

It was a long ride but it was worth it. The Ad was true to every detail. Scott showed us the RV and was accommodating and easy going. He was extremely patient while we were able to thoroughly investigate the RV and confirm that it was exactly what we wanted. Andy prepped the RV and oriented us with all the systems within it and how to use them and what precautions to take. It was all clean and shining when we arrived to take possession. Kathleen took care of all our paperwork and we were on our way to new adventures. This is a great family business that I would definitely do business with them again in the future. We had Blue Ox tow plates installed at Harbold's on our tow vehicle in July. After very little use…read moreless than a year later, we were hooking it up to take on a trip and discovered that the bolts had come loose and two fell out of the tow plate. We were very fortunate that we made it back safely from our previous trip. We called Harbold's right away, but they said they couldn't get us in for at three-plus weeks. We had plans for other trips using our tow vehicle, so we contacted an authorized blue ox installer. They were able to look at it in just a few days and they discovered that the tow plates had not been installed properly using Loctite on the bolts as required by Blue Ox. That dealer installed them properly and we are now able to use our tow vehicle. Once Harbold's realized that we were going to write a negative review about their mistake, they offered to take a look at it sooner, but it was too little, too late.

However, like others, I felt the name alone (Camping World) could be trusted to be the best when it comes to, oh I don't know, purchasing a RV, Motorhome, etc... I don't even have words for all of the sleazy business that went on with our sales and continues to go on with our warranty service. I don't want to make a huge deal out of this but it's not a good business practice to sell someone a full sewer tank. Buyers beware! I had to have my car that was running when I brought it in towed because they f'd up my engine - just for spark plugs & an air filter - both put in wrong! It made my engine overheat to the point it warped several things & now burns oil like crazy, which happened immediately after their "work" on it. Cost me about $3000 cuz they got oil and gas mixed together in my engine & - didn't put the plugs in all the way or tighten them. Tried to sell me a coil pack AS MY CAR that had been running was THEN being towed to the dealership because it wouldn't run at all! The manager told me his guys couldn't have possibly done anything wrong & supposedly watched a video of them doing the work...Why was my car running properly when it came in & then not running & having to be towed to the dealership, which told me the plugs weren't in all the way or hooked up right & that the air filter was in wrong? The Mavis manager then said my dealership was lying to me to get more money out of me! Mavis blamed me for the spark plugs not being what they would recommend & then they blamed my car, Chevy Cruze, which is a very popular car to work on!!! The manager put blame on everybody but the mechanic that did the work! Then, he wrote out a FAKE voucher for $850 towards the $3000 the dealership charged to get all the gas & oil separated in my engine & put a 4th set of spark plugs in! The voucher wasn't able to be honored or found in Mavis Palmyra PA system & after Palmyra manager supposedly had a chat with Middletown PA manager, I received literally Nothing back & they gave me a Free oil change before talking to the other Ahole manager. I refuse to go into either one of them or any other Mavis shops again, because I'm more afraid of being hauled off by the cops than I am of them. Oh, the tow truck driver told me he hauled MANY cars from MAVIS in Middletown because they f'd up the people's cars! So, I wanna know WHY these people have such a high review rating, unless they are also FAKING their reviews?!? These people need shut down!!!
