My wife and I came all the way from South Jersey to see an RV advertised on Facebook Marketplace…read more It was the exactly the size and floor plan that we were looking for. It was a long ride but it was worth it. The Ad was true to every detail. Scott showed us the RV and was accommodating and easy going. He was extremely patient while we were able to thoroughly investigate the RV and confirm that it was exactly what we wanted. Andy prepped the RV and oriented us with all the systems within it and how to use them and what precautions to take. It was all clean and shining when we arrived to take possession. Kathleen took care of all our paperwork and we were on our way to new adventures. This is a great family business that I would definitely do business with them again in the future. All promises and commitments were met and our expectations were exceeded. I wish we lived closer. It was a very easy and pleasant transaction.

We had Blue Ox tow plates installed at Harbold's on our tow vehicle in July. After very little use…read moreless than a year later, we were hooking it up to take on a trip and discovered that the bolts had come loose and two fell out of the tow plate. We were very fortunate that we made it back safely from our previous trip. We called Harbold's right away, but they said they couldn't get us in for at three-plus weeks. We had plans for other trips using our tow vehicle, so we contacted an authorized blue ox installer. They were able to look at it in just a few days and they discovered that the tow plates had not been installed properly using Loctite on the bolts as required by Blue Ox. That dealer installed them properly and we are now able to use our tow vehicle. Once Harbold's realized that we were going to write a negative review about their mistake, they offered to take a look at it sooner, but it was too little, too late.

Do not buy a camper from Camping World! They have hundreds of complaints filed against them with…read morethe Better Business Bureau and the attorney general. This location alone has received an F rating from the BBB because of receiving so many negative complaints. All this will come up with a quick Google search. There are several Facebook groups like, Camping World Sucks that are dedicated to people telling their stories of being ripped off by CW. These Facebook groups have thousands of followers! Check them out and read their horror stories of doing business with CW! Our salesman Kevin Wormser completely hustled us. He pulled a trick on us that is their version of a "bait and switch". When we showed up to purchase our Coleman 13r, they had a Coleman 17r waiting there for us. We told them it was the wrong camper. It was bigger and more expensive than the one we wanted. They acted like they had just made an honest mistake. They asked us if we wanted to do the paperwork and just come back for our Coleman 13r another day, so we did. When the financing paperwork went to the bank we had gotten charged for the more expensive Coleman 17r. I called the Financial manager there Brandon Drye. I told him the paperwork was for a Coleman 17r. He said that doesn't matter, as long as the paperwork has the correct VIN number on it, which it did. If they had just made a mistake how come they managed to somehow get the correct VIN number on the wrong paperwork. He said that their was nothing we could do about it because we signed. Once you leave with the camper they will start to ignore if you call about any problems. They will also trick you into buying warranty's that cover hardly anything and they will add thousands of dollars to the money you are financing. They also overcharge for things you need for the Camper. For example, they charged us almost $900 for a $200 brake controller. I thought I was dealing with an honest American business, they are not! They are all crooks there! What they did to us is not their only scam! Beware of doing business with them!

Service for parts dept is TERRIBLE!!! He took the specifics of what I needed and told me he would walk it back to the girls in the OEM dept. It's been 10 days since that call and NOTHING! I bought the RV privately, but it was originally purchased at CW, that is why I went there first. After that failure, I called a local repair shop and they were able to get the part and it will be installed shortly. I Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CAMPING WORLD AGAIN!!!

I had made numerous calls to them seeking details and info on particular models i had an interest in. Each call and each conversation were handled in the highest professional manner possible. My wife and i did not proceed with a purchase at that time. Fast forward to late fall of 2025 and we resumed our rv purchase plans. we looked at numerous dealerships closer to our home residence in bucks county. we chose to support RV ValuMart based on not only my 2020-21 encounters but also the low pressure sales and treatment extended to us. Tony Neese was our salesman and we have referred numerous friends and family to him. The entire staff from sales thru the paperwork shuffle to delivery was all 5*** plus. Thru the first 12 month warranty period, the camper was used for 7 excursions. We had several warranty related minor issues. All were resolved quickly and timely. The service dept communication and their systems were outstanding with email, cell text and cell call on each transaction. our messages and calls were all responded to immediately . All work was scheduled timely and completed when promised. On two occasions, the service team repaired issues that i hadnt reported but the tech noticed while doing other scheduled work. One item was a leaking propane connection on the furnace and the other was some window sealant not properly done during the build. i read a lot of the negative feedback from 2-5 years ago. i dont know what changed from an operational standpoint within the company. But based on our results and also of 2 friends/family customers with the same results, they have certainly resolved their operational issues and are well deserving of anyone's business. thank yo mike k levittown,pa

Do not use Mitch for sales, heard from him one time and that was it! Dealt with sales manager more…read morethan our actual "sales person", even though I'm sure he still got the commission off the sale. The finance manager was useless, explained our situation with having a trip that was pre planned and was told well we can do closing on Saturday when we would have been already camping as they were told. We also disclosed the payment amount we were aiming for and they did not try to help us stay close to this amount at all. They told us they weren't able to send our info to the bank the week we submitted it because they had 7 other deals that day and didn't have time to send ours. Also told us that due to our outstanding credit that we would have multiple banks come back with offers, but only one responded. Lastly, after we signed they told use that other banks would have come back if would have put more money down. This dealership has a major lack of "customer service" I would recommend going elsewhere!
