Liars and Crooks Reserved a buffer for a Sunday pick up. We are a biz. This was the only day we could use the item in the daytime. Came to pick it up only to find that they had closed the store early without even calling us. We had to pick up the next day. When we were able to do the the job they had already closed again and we were stuck with a fifty year old buffer peace of crap that couldn't be used to strip or buff anything. On top of this we had to work until 5am in the morning because these jerks had closed Sunday without tell us. Called the manager JASON who said they would not charge us for the rental. He lied and charged our card the next day. These people are Liars and Crooks. We did a chargeback on the card to get our money back. If you deal with them, you better get ready to do the same. These people don't give a darn about anyone but themselves. read more

The service at this local business is excellent. After a flood in our basement we went here for help and they went over everything we would need and why. All in all it made our catastrophe so much easier to deal with. Several months later I called it inquire about one of the items we rented and they went well out of their way to find all the information I needed. We dealt with one female on the phone, assisted by a male who overheard our conversation and went back to acquire additional info. for us, as well as Rick and Josh for the rental. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. We rented a cotton candy machine for our daughters birthday. When my husband picked it up, he was given no instructions on how to use it. He asked where to put the sugar and the employee was clueless and just said to spread it around the base. Well. We figured out that was incorrect but the machine didn't include a hood and in turn...we were only able to make 5 cones!!! 15 kids and only 5 cones because cotton candy was flYing EVERYWHERE. there was no way to keep it contained. The machine was not working correctly even after adjusting the settings. I told the employee when I dropped it off and what did he do? Nothing. Took my card and charged me $60 for something we couldn't even use. Absolutely won't use this company again!! read more

Terrible experience renting a u haul trailer at this place; reserved it two weeks in advance and prepaid cost; at time of pick-up I was informed that they did not have the trailer and they offered no options and solutions; very poor and I had people waiting to load the trailer for my trip; really had to scramble to get a trailer from another vendor; can't believe they thought this was OK; don't do business with these people; they don't care about customer service!!! read more

Don't bother. Even if you make a reservation over a month in advance, they will not have your truck on moving day. I was notified 2 DAYS before my move that they did not have the truck I reserved. The man who informed me basically told me to go fly a kite. I will NEVER attempt to rent U-Haul again! Go to JR Rentals and rent a Penske truck, they won't let you down! read more

These guys seriously messed up my wedding! We rented 60 white garden chairs for my garden wedding. We made this reservation a year in advance and paid immediately, big mistake. On the day of my wedding they were suposed to show up 40 minutes before the ceremony start time and set up the chairs in rows. Time passes and they are 20 minutes late, and my guests are arriving. I called the main office and I was told, "Yeah, they left awhile ago they should be there don't worry about it". The woman on the phone had a bad attitude too. They showed up 5 minutes before the ceremony was to begin, threw the chairs in a pile at the opposite end of the property(not near the ceremony site) and took off! My guests had to carry, and set up their own chairs! I found out about this after my ceremony and I was furious. My husband left our reception early and went to confront the store owner. Who said "We hire contracted workers, and temps so thats normal". And when my husband asked for a refund, he only received a very small cash pay off. Lets just say it wasn't even enough money for pizza. I will never recommend these clowns to anyone, especially a bride. read more
