Poor quality control they canceled my appointment without notification I had to come back a week later waited an hour for my appointment still didn't get any service I'm not satisfied at all. I do not recommend your appointments. Will get canceled even after being confirmed a day before. No consideration, even with these gas prices smh. read more

I've recently change dentist because we have bad experiences on 2 separate occasions. Both times we waited over an hour. Both times we went in for a cleaning for my 7 year old. First time they brought us into the examination rooms within 15 mins. The hygienist brushed my kids teeth with an electric tooth brush. Then we waited for over an hour to have the dentist come by for a quick 3 min check up and to say everything was ok. Second time same thing happened, electric tooth brush, and waited over an hour for the dentist. My appointment was at 3pm. We didn't leave until after 430pm. We were the last ones to leave. Others who were seen after us left before us. I felt like they totally forgot about us since we were in the last room down the hall. There was no point in wasting my time for them to brush my kids teeth with an electric toothbrush. How is that a cleaning? We do that at home everyday. read more

In retrospect I don't know if Tooth Berry would have been a good experience for my kid because I was never given the chance because they didn't even try to get my business... I do want to say however that we did drive up the road to Smile Kingdom Dental... my daughter absolutely loves her dentist! My toddler is the sweetest baby (I'm biased) and I just melt at how courteous and supportive of precious little minds this practice is... I most wholeheartedly recommend SKD they are really fantastic. read more

First Dental Appointment for our 2 yr old! They were great. Love that the building is within its own area and parking lot. Due to covid,we have the option to call or text upon arrival. Once you arrive they'll call you back when you could go into the waiting room.It wasn't necessary for us to go as early as we did since we completed the new patient forms online that they sent through text. Luckily we had our car,so we didn't mind waiting much. Front desk ladies were welcoming.We had to wait a good 10 mins from our appointed time in the waiting room. Unfortunately , no toys were left out,but our son still enjoyed the bright space.We waited another 10 mins inside our room. Jenny was our dental assistant and she was amazing!I could tell she really loves her job at the office and working as a DA for kidsShe set up the tv. for our son to watch which is mounted on the ceiling. Dr. Eman Ghoneim mentioned a few things our son likes to eat and brought them up during his first cleaning. Which kept him distracted. After being asked several times to open his mouth he wasn't having it.Luckily,it was his first appointment and his quick cleaning was completed. Just wanted to share esp because trying to find a good dentist with not many options with the insurance we currently have was challenging. Thanks Dr. Ghoneim and staff for taking such great care of our family! The whole process was a breeze, an overall positive experience in an otherwise difficult time in pandemic. I called to set up dental exams for 3 kids with different insurance plans and was redirected to a very helpful, friendly lady working remotely. We were able to check in from our car and limit foot traffic inside. We were called in on time and had our temperatures taken. The office itself has good parking, clean waiting area, and (kids' favorite part) fun netflix shows on the ceiling. We came back for the treatments and Dr. Ghoneim was excellent, treating our kids with gentleness and kindness. I was a nervous parent seeing all the tools and hearing their sounds, but the way she talked our daughter through every step and swiftly administered a shot was impressive. I had the weirdest encounter at this dental office. My son and I arrived for his appointment and the door was locked. I thought I maybe went through the wrong entrance so I walked my 9 month pregnant self and my toddler to the side of the building. That wasn't the entrance so I went back to the front (door still locked) and I see 2 front desk people a man and a woman I attempt to call no one answers we stand at the door a little while longer and I just take my kid and head back to the car. I was extremely annoyed because I woke my son up from his nap for this appointment. I should've read the reviews before booking. We've been bringing my daughter for the past year and each visit she is always excited for. She's 5 and loves to go. The staff is super sweet and playful. The waiting room has toys and entertainment for them. The assistants are always interacts with my daughter making her feel super safe and comfortable. I have brought my son here for over a year and am a huge fan. Today, they were able to successfully examine and clean my daughter's teeth. She has been very afraid of the dentist for almost 2 years since her tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Previously, we tried 2 other dentists -- without even a bit of success and a shaking an pale kiddo afterwards. Tooth Berry and their Dentist did a wonderful job today and my daughter is so proud of herself for making it through a cleaning - all smiles. Her new confidence is great and I know we can get back to regular dental exams and taking good care of her teeth with Tooth Berry. I typically do not leave reviews but felt the need to for this business. I went in with high expectations for my 4 year old. The front desk staff was unorganized. I felt I was ignored, then upon my appointment I felt rushed. I had a dentist for my son, but wanted to switch for something more "kid friendly" versus an adult dentist environment. Yes, the kid aesthetic was present. However, I didn't know that directly aligned with a less thorough cleaning. The cleaning was nothing more than a regular teeth brushing. Then the dentist proceeded to tell me my son had an issue with his teeth & needed further extensive treatment. (My current dentist that I have stated his teeth were perfectly fine & they are his BABY teeth). This place also charged me $80 for something out of pocket for a random. consultation. Which I don't recall having nor was it needed. They also did this with out confirming me or seeing if my insurance covered this procedure. The establishment is a money grab charging whatever they can from insurance & trying to make money. I will not be returning & am very unhappy with the experience as well as the way my child's teeth were cleaned. Do not recommend. read more

AMAZING! Summed up in one word. The staff and the Dentist are amazing! My 2 yr old is a willing patient and has zero problems letting them clean/work on his teeth, Which is not the case at home when we clean his teeth. They did a good job at taking care of my daughter, however the waiting room is very small and is not very clean, the seats were not cleaned a had a lot of stains and the waiting room did not seem very hygienic, the staff was nice but seemed a little disorganized which I am sure is not their fault because most of the kids were wild and screaming and crying lol but they handled it well read more
