Every single question I had needed to be brought back to someone else which made what should have been a 30 minute appointment a 1.5 hour appointment. Sometimes leaving me alone at the desk for 15-20 minutes. The second the clock hit 5:30 the managers walked out of their office and shut off all of the lights in the building, including where I was still trying to work on figuring out their calculations on the vehicle. Repeatedly I was told "this is just the number in the system, me and my manager don't know why it's that price or how it got to that price" at one point all of the numbers changed and there was also no explanation. All in all, it was not welcoming, felt like they did not value my business, did not take my business seriously, and just didn't care if they made the sale or not. I walked in ready to sign a deal, and they completely lost my business. I was easily reminded why people hate going into dealerships.

No matter what they tell you, these are optional. 5 - If you use the electronic process DO NOT click the "NEXT" button. Take the time to scroll through the entire document. Using the "NEXT" button jumps you from signature block to signature block and you won't see the Opt-Out of Options. 6 - The words coming out of their mouths are not the same as the words in the closing document. What is being said, is meant to get you to the next step in closing the sale, not in the spirit of honesty or transparency.

The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork. The title number was incorrect, the milage was incorrect, the issue date was incorrect and the dealer checked the box that says the Jeep exceeds mechanical limits. Checking this box not only lowers the value of the Jeep but voids my warranty!! I have contacted Mr. Paugh and he has been giving me a lot of lip service and no action. He has been very nonchalant and told me that it is really no big deal and all this was the MVA's mistake and that the MVA told them to check that box. All this is really simple paperwork that the dealership can take care of if they cared. If they valued their customers. Mr. Paugh is well aware that I am trying to refinance the Jeep and I was offered a better rate half of the rate I the dealership was able to find me. However I need the title to take advantage of the offer. Since the dealer has taken so long to take care of this issue I will lose out on the refinance offer with Capital One. Again, no one at the dealership appears to care. Their customer service and ability to do their job effectively after they get your money is nonexistent. Very disappointed with my experience.
