Once you call them, it's cash only and they won't give you the pickup address until you're literally on the way. The driver and I both circled the area until he was found, keeping me in communication with both dispatch AND the driver the entire time. He sent a tech, who happened to be Ron's son, to my house in the timeframe which we agreed. Rich told him to jumpstart the car in my garage and wait to see me lock up the house and see me get into my car, running in the driveway, before he headed back to the shop. He did just that.
