Went with my sister and got 2 pedicures. Total came out to be $166 BEFORE tip. Yes that's right. We chose the seasonal pedicure $57 ish a piece and didn't realize gel cost an additional $20. $77 per person for what felt like should be a regular pedicure. They did add extra lotion/products but I'm very curious what their regular pedicure is like. I'm not sure what other places are charging now a days but to top it off we have always had hit or miss customer service when my sister and I go. Sometimes they're nice and sometimes they're rude. We don't pay money to be treated poorly. I hope the owner sees this. I did enjoy my pedicure don't get me wrong, but it doesn't justify the prices they're charging (which seems to change quite often) or the workers attitudes. I won't be giving this place another try unfortunately. read more

two pedi's, me and my 4 yr old. while I completely understand my 4 yr olds wasnt going to top notch, most of the toes werent fully painted & she only did one coat (@ home i do two?) and that cost $35.... again, hers is more for the experience, i get that. but mine..... not worth the $60 they charged. i did the express pedi bc again, i was with my 4 yr old with little patience to sit and wait on me. i did not think shed rush on the polish to where it looked like a 10 yr old did it. annoyed i just spend $100 for this. read more

WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My mother and I got pedicures and my friend just had her toes painted. My friend and I had the same woman and both of us had to ask another worker to redo our polish because mine was chipped and hers was messy/chunky. However, the man doing my mother's nails was so sweet and offered to repaint them. The other workers there were so sweet and willing to help, however the lady my friend and I had was BEYOND rude. After, I realized that there was still a lot of dead skin on the bottom of my feet and when I was conversing with my mother about it the lady interrupted us and said the basic pedicure doesn't include that and I would have had to chosen the premium pedicure. Literally just came here today and was received by a very rude young woman. She was acting like she was an employee and then she tells me she isn't an employee. If you want repeat customers it's important to have good manners . Will not be coming here again just because of that unwelcome reception. So awkward and so odd. The fact that you have to go on here and not be accountable for your actions shows what a terrible business you run you all speaking in your language about us and you also left my daughter with a bleeding nail. This was legit the only nail salon open in Whitestown on a Sunday. The salon itself is clean and nice looking. They give you a menu of different pedicure options so the price can add up. They charge $20 more for gel which is ridiculous. I got the marine pedicure. It was nice but I do not see how it was much different than any other pedicure other than the scent. I do appreciate the massage chairs here. They are Amazon and I would come back just to sit in the chair. I decided to get a manicure which was super fast. My nails look better but the paint job is a bit bubbled and does not go to the nail bed. So now it annoys me. I spend $108 pre tip for a gel mani and pedicure so that is a decent chunk of change. So I have to admit that they got me in without an appointment in about 10-15 mins and they were busy! And her overall attitude was pleasant and nice. But it was not worth it as she rushed the entire time and was extremely rough. She sat me down and proceeded to slide a fake nail under my acrylics to rip them off. This HURT, and it took off a really good portion of most of my nails, and cut really deep into one. I yanked my hand back multiple times. I said I just wanted to trim them up and go home and clean it, I was fighting back tears. So she trims them up but then she puts glue on my bleeding nail as I'm saying "hey wait what are you...." Ope too late... so at this point my finger is numb and I'm just like whatever... might as well finish the job. She rushed through the rest of the manicure too!! The paint doesn't go down to the edges of my nail, she did a little bit of cuticle trimming, and a quick application of lotion when I was finished. I was able to get an appt right away and walk in which I appreciated, however, the experience was not great. I felt rushed and the nail tech was not detailed at all. Seriously rude management and staff. My friend and I went for a mani and a pedi. After barely greeting us, they took me back to the pedi room. Never once did they say how long it would be. They had me soak in plain tepid water. We asked several times how long it would be and each time they either acted like they couldn't speak a English. The only "helpful" person in the salon was a friend of one of the techs who was just lounging in one of the chairs. The manager was extremely rude. After 30 minutes we sitting, I dried my feet and left. I sincerely believe the only reason they were busy was because it was only one of three salons in the area (Whitestown) that was open on a Sunday afternoon. Horrible service!! Will not be returning ever. So me and my sister are traveling for a wedding and we wanted to get our nails done. We called All the other nail salons around the area but they did not have any availability. So when I called tootsie I spoke with a women and she said they wouldn't be able to see us at 6:30 because they close at 7 pm but then once I hung up I get a call right back from someone else that worked there saying they could see us. So I was happy. So me and my sister go in for pedi and mani and things started out great. The guy who did my pedi was amazing and I have no complaint about him but right when it came to painting my nails he left and a women came and painted my nails. She seemed to be rushing the whole Process and once she was done with the pedi she told me to put my shoes back on and head over the the area to get my mani done. She rushed the whole process and didn't give me a hand massage even. And when I looked over at my sister getting her nails done they gave her a hand massage but she was also feeling rushed. My sister asked multiple times for the man who was doing her nails to clean up around because there was so much excess. And he proceeded to clean up the excess as well as talking off some nail polish on the actual nail. And he never applied another coat. Me and my sister left unhappy and confused because the price came out different from what was stated. The very next day my gel pedi that was done peeled off and was still wet. Appointment time was not honored. We had to wait 45 minutes while other walk in customers were seen much quicker. The acrylic fill service felt very rushed and overall doesn't look very good. I came here with my grandma to do a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. The man who did my toes did a phenomenal job and really took his time despite the line of people waiting and I always appreciate people taking their time. On the other hand the lady who did my nails rushed the entire process. She completed my nails so quickly that even the people who were halfway done with their own manicures weren't even done by the time she finished mine. She left my nails looking raggedy and unfinished. She did not care to file or wipe the dust off my nail before painting it leaving bumps of dust on the nail color itself. read more

A total waste of money. I got a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure by Louie or Louis. He set one of my nails with a piece of blue glitter (which I got fixed during my session since I saw it) but still left one on my pinky finger I did not catch at the salon. After two days one finger nail popped-off, on the fourth day another finger nail popped-off and today I lost my thumb nail. It's only been 2 weeks and I am used to my dip powder staying strong into 3 weeks (then it's time for a new set). I did not have the time to go back in to have this addressed but I also do not want my time wasted again. He did a mediocre job. There is one nail I am unable to get a clear photo of that has a corner with no dip powder at all that he set. Please save your money and do not come here. read more

My friend, her mom, and I went in to Tootsies to have our nails done for prom. The place itself is beautiful; however the two that did our nails were not the best. I'm not sure if they were feeling rushed because of all the people there or what, but they definitely left me upset and disappointed. My thumbs are completely different shapes actually, none of my fingers were even really shaped. They didn't even clean up my fingers from the nail polish, none of the stuff they were using were cleaned between the three of us and also, they gave my friend the nail file they used on me. I had a deluxe pedicure with Van today and she did a great job! They really take their time and don't rush to get to the next client, so keep this in mind if you feel like you're "waiting a long time" for service or if you walk-in, but are "in a hurry." That said the deluxe pedicure ($45-50 before any discounts) has everything...skin softening treatment, salt scrub, mask, hot stones, and a final lotion massage. They have a mini fridge with complementary bottles of water and a large selection of OPI polish and gel colors (not sure of the brand). They offer $5 off kid's service, but no "princess chairs" (is that's something you're looking for). Clean and sanitary- you get your own files and the tubs are lined I'll definitely be back! read more

The salon is clean, the services were quick and the nail tech stayed with me the whole time. No bouncing back and forth between customers.

I got a fill in for my acrylics and they were done in probably under 20 minutes. It was really fast, but there was residue around my nails from the acrylic stuff that I had to peel off. There were also specks of polish that I had to try and peel off. I got black so it was very noticeable. There are some bubbles on my nails as well, so I think if she would have slowed down it would have been a really well done fill in. Once I peeled the residue and got most of the polish off the outside of the nail they looked pretty good. The worst part was when I went to pay, she said $40! Their booklet of prices said fills were $25, so I asked why it was so high. She said my broken nail repair was an up charge (that they didn't tell me about) and the gel polish was an up charge (also didn't specify). My broken nail was barely chipped and with the cut down, it wasn't even noticeable so I'm not sure why it cost so much. I didn't hate the experience, just wish she would have slowed down and told me about the up charges before doing them. read more

I usually go to this place to get my nails done but I had gone this past Thursday at 5:00 pm when I had an appointment. I usually get the dip with a tip and I had a guy do my nails, it seemed like he did not know what he was doing. After sitting in the salon, I realized that when he was taking the drill to my nails I started to see part of my skin underneath my nails. I had told him to stop because it was hurting but he continued to keep drilling. When he cut my actual nails they turn into squares when I told him to round the sides. When he was putting on a new tip on my nails, I had asked him to cut my nails down shorter since they were too long for me and he never did. As he was doing the process of putting my fingers in the powder, my nails started to look bumpy and the sides of my nails looked uneven. It took him 2 HOURS for him to finish my nails. After he finished the dip on my nails, he started to drill to make my nails look even even though they don't look even. He started to keep drilling and took some of the dip powder off my nails and when I told him to fix this he responded saying "you're picky." This really set me off because I'm the one paying for my nails to get done and this guy who did my nails had said that. After leaving the nail salon, I started to realize that there are brown dots on my nails that I can't get out even though I tried to take a nail buffer to get it out. In addition, I had got a off-white dip powder and now a couple days later my nails are starting to turn into a white yellow color. I am very dissatisfied with how my nails turned out! read more
