Very quick to reply with an onsite visit (same day) on my dryer issue. I thought it was a belt or the drum. The dryer is about 15 years old and he stated he can do a complete overhaul and make sure everything is running properly. Based on the price to do that though, he was very forthcoming and recommended that I just buy a whole new dryer rather than investing in a 15 year old dryer. Before Sam left he turned on the dryer and it appeared to work; however, when I put my first load in the heating temperature would not adjust up passed medium. Did not get hot enough to dry clothes.
