What an amazing place to eat and such a great owner! We visiting the area with my family and we needed a nice meal! We stopped I would say by accident as we were driving around and I think we found are spot for when we come back! Amazing food, great idea on how the service works, and awesome place to sit and enjoy the heavenly made ribs and pulled pork. We loved it and my kids did as well. Went back again today with the wife. She got what she got the other day and she loves the walking tacos so she just had to get it again. Today i got the DIABLO SANDWICH and buy it was FIRE!!!! Baked beans: slow cooked, nicely flavored, they melt in your mouth. Potato salad: fresh, homestyle prepared with chunky potatoes & a delicious flavor. I couldn't stop eating it. The ultimate comfort food/side. You have to try it! Cole slaw: crisp, light, perfectly seasoned with a light subtle vinegar tang. One of the best cole slaws I've had in a long time. Pulled pork: slow cooked, tender, and no fatty chunks (kudos on trimming the meat before serving, I love that they do this). They give you a generous sized portion. Their bbq sauce is hands down absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned with just a little kick. I will definitely be back for that elusive Thursday potato special. read more

Every time I'm in Greeneville we have to stop in and get the ribs on Friday. Service is superb, I paid and by the time I walked to the window they were already calling out my number. The ribs were sooo good and I honestly would have given them 5 stars but the potato salad tasted like store bought slop. If you are going to take that much pride in your meat then you really should serve better sides... it's not a cheap meal and all I got to eat were the ribs since the potato salad was gross. Hopefully they will read the reviews and make some changes. I will have to try the other sides which I will do since the meat was good and I'll come back for the ribs and I want to try the brisket. read more

This ended up being a random find while visiting the Andrew Johnson National Historic Site. We beat the rush, as most BBQ joints at lunch time are super busy. The food was very good, and I highly recommend the food truck. The seating was plentiful, outside, but covered. The only downside, which is typical for BBQ joints, is that everything was served in styrofoam. If you are in the area, it is worth the stop! read more

This BBQ is amazing! Our family of three were able to get two meals (lunch and dinner) out of the pork that came in it. The coleslaw was good and my favorite side was the baked beans! The portions were great for a good price and they had clean outdoor seating. They are only open Wed-Fri, which was perfect (we happened to go on a Wednesday at around 1:30pm).
