This location is in a shopping center called East West Commons by the East West Connector and Austell Rd. Nearby businesses includes a Target, Office Max. Chilli Grill and Bar. The only other Rue 21 that I've been in is the one in the now closed Woodstock location off of highway 92. I've always thought they were a cross between a forever 21 and a H&M. They're trendy but have a bit of hip pop to them. Most of the items are under $20 and they had a ton of $7.00 clearance so they're easy on the budget. There was no thank-you, and I actually had to help sort my items because bath products and clothing were getting mixed together during bagging. I did try to call ahead and speak with Store Manager Stan before posting this, but the person who answered was reluctant to even share his name--which made it feel like feedback isn't welcomed. I'm still deciding whether to keep my purchases, because the experience really took the joy out of what should have been a fun shopping trip. But more than that, I want to see this store live up to its potential. Customer service matters, and I believe it can improve with attention and care. I contacted her mid day on Friday and she was able to hem my pants before the end of her workday on Saturday. There was a rush fee added to the price of the hem, which was completely understandable.
