They used crinkle cut fries w/ pork, jalapenos, sour cream, cheese and chives. The fries were cooked perfectly and not soggy. I put their table BBQ sauce on top. Wife and father's plates were also great. The pork was nice and moist with lots of flavor. Now for the sides. The Mac n cheese is great. Not runny cheese but also not dry. The baked beans were almost just like pbodys. And I love their beans so both are really good. Next time I will add the beans to my loaded fries. And the potato salad was delicious.
