Great people to work with. I contacted Top Flight about a potential mold problem and they came out to inspect and test within 2 days (earliest availability). Results came out in a day and Kraig, the inspector, walked me through the results and created a report for me to look at. His report includes the proper way to handle the mold problem and the solution to avoid it. Kraigs plan of action is really helpful in knowing what is the right way to fix mold problems and it helps not get ripped off by companies that just "hide" the problem. Not at all happy with the service. Craig came on July 28 2020 to take the wall and air samples and said it will take 3-5 business days to give me the report. Today is Saturday and I am contacting him from Wednesday, first of all Craig doesn't pick up his phone when called. Secondly on Thursday he sent me someone else"s report instead of my report. Now why he sent me Someone else"s report, it's impossible for me to understand. He is saying that by mistake he sent me someone else"s report. On Wednesday he said my report is ready, today is Saturday I still Haven't received my report. I believe that he thinks that I was born yesterday and secondly I believe he is taking too much of work For him to Handle. I am very disappointed. I feel neglected and insulted. read more

During the inspection this guy withheld information about the sewer lines and would not take responsibility. His response is "It's no way for me to know where the lines go, I didn't know the property had a septic tank" therefore you have to hire a license plumber to inspect the lines yourself. The correct answer should have been my mistake I will do what I was paid to do. Advice don't gamble, spend a little more money and hire someone who is professional that takes responsibility and has knowledge about sewers lines and plumbing before you make the most important purchase of your life. read more
