It's legit Mexican food and probably the best Mexican food you'll find in the greater Nashville area. I don't trust what anyone else have said about the other Mexican restaurants in Nashville. I've tried most, if not all, of them. Taqueria Express food trucks are the best Mexican in Nashville. They're cheap and affordable. Their city inspection scores are higher than most actual restaurants. They're delicious. Their only weakness: limited options because it's a truck, after all. But they will not tell If they do not have the meat to cook the order that you want so you will wait 30 to 45 minutes to arrive (hopefully you did not drive far) for them to tell you that they do not have what you ordered and they're going to make your food at that moment. This has happened to me three times and at this point I'm making a review because it is a major inconvenience to order your food in advance just to arrive and it's not even prepared. So you will waste an hour of your time if they don't have the food you need. Order it your own discretion
