I have been speaking with Jeff Miller who I assumed was the owner based on the name. I did email as to why I declined the calls: I wanted all communication in writing in case getting my refund requires arbitration or court involvement. I am still waiting for a reply(from more than a week ago) regarding what part of the initial contract states I am required to sign anything further to recieve a refund. the refund is advertised as a satisfaction guarantee without further clauses. I would not have paid for the satisfaction guarantee had the information regarding me signing away my right to infer negligence been presented in the original contract. At this point signing anything more for pillar to post would be under duress. The inspection was not to industry standard. See attached photos of the burnt breaker box your inspector took and said was up to standard. Both the other inspector and both the sellers and my electrician noted it was a fire hazard. That is an absolute failure by Pillar to Post-Jeff Miller Team and should require nothing further from me to be refunded. Also not one of the people capable of reporting the fire hazard cost a fraction of your services. There is no excuse for such low standards that require weeks of requesting my refund. I paid for a satisfaction guarantee and an not satisfied. I am still waiting for my $679 refund. The best apology would be an immediate refund.
