We were relieved when he told us that our igniter was no longer working and we needed to replace it. He said that he would need a couple of days to quote the price for the igniter, and then when the part arrived, he would schedule the service to replace the igniter. He further explained that his company didn't carry a line snake, to which I replied that I probably wouldn't either if I was CHARGING A CUSTOMER OVER $500 TO CLEAN OUT A SEWER LINE! Terrible service! My AC wasn't cooling. I called my home warranty company and they set up an…read moreappointment with Bo Jiffy. The serviceman said the system was frozen. He took a cellphone photo that showed ice on it and said that it would have to thaw before he could do anything. He said he would return the next day around 3:00 p.m. and asked for the $65. warranty copay. I gave him a check. The next day, while awaiting the return of the serviceman, I checked my email. There was a message from the warranty company stating, "the vendor indicated you do not need this appointment". When I called Bo Jiffy, I was given an evasive response as to why the appointment was cancelled.The serviceman asked if I had turned the ac back on. He said the air usually comes back on after the system thaws and the filter is changed. It didn't make sense to me but I hung up and did as instructed. Well, the air didn't start to flow and the thermostat remained at 91 degrees. When I called Bo Jiffy back, my call went to voicemail. The following day I call another company and they got my ac working in short order.
