Britney was incredible to work with from start to finish. She took the time to understand our style, preferences, and needs, and helped guide us to the perfect flooring and carpet choices for our home. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. Britney even came out personally to take measurements, which shows her commitment to quality and customer service. The installation crew was professional, punctual, and did outstanding work -- we couldn't be happier with the results. The products at Abbey Carpet & Tile are top-quality, and the customer service is truly unmatched. I highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade their flooring to visit Britney at Abbey Carpet and Tile -- she goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with every detail.

We just had Abbey Carpet & Floor install new carpet throughout our entire two-story home, including…read morethe stairs, and we could not be happier with the experience and the results. My initial visit to their Northglenn showroom was excellent. I worked with Don, who was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I explained what I was looking for, and he immediately guided me to options that perfectly matched our needs. Now that everything is installed, I can confidently say he was spot-on with every recommendation. The carpet itself is beautiful, the padding feels incredibly comfortable underfoot, and the color is exactly what we wanted.Don came out the same day to measure and provided a clear, detailed quote on the spot. They were able to schedule the installation in the exact timeframe we needed, which was critical as we were wrapping up another remodel and wanted the new carpet as the finishing touch. The installation crew was outstanding--professional, courteous, and clearly masters of their craft. Having worked in commercial construction for over 20 years, I know what a properly executed carpet installation looks like, and these guys nailed it. They started right away, worked seamlessly together with virtually no downtime or distractions, and completed our entire home (including stairs) in a single day. It was genuinely impressive to watch. We are thrilled we chose Abbey Carpet & Floor and would recommend them without hesitation. Top-notch service, quality products, and flawless execution from start to finish. Thank you!

I had a very positive experience here. We worked with a sales rep named Chris who was knowledgeable…read moreand friendly. I think we ended up paying a couple hundred bucks more than Home Depot or Lowes but it was well worth it for the good experience. We have heard some troubling things about CE's installers (and about contractors that the carpet shops hire in general) so were a little nervous. We also didn't want a team of installers out that we couldn't communicate with due to language barriers...no, we don't care where they come from but we wanted at least one person that was fluent in English so we could communicate. They sent this fantastic installer named Richard who did the job solo-nice since having a team of strangers in our house would only increase the nervousness. We are very happy with the end product. Our carpet and padding are excellent as was the installation. Thanks Chris & Richard!

We've stopped in twice and were told each time that the refund is "coming," yet nothing has been processed. We were only given a handwritten receipt for the return and told another department has to process the refund, which seems like a very broken system. On top of that, the salesperson told us we received a contractor discount, which turned out to be untrue. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor follow-through.

Carpet Mill Outlet Stores - Their horrible install of my baseboards. And they refuse to refund it to get it fixed.

Hid all their trash from carpet rolls under our stair storage area too lazy to take it with them. Installed carpet with two horribly noticeable 18' seams improperly done in middle of bedroom and living room because they didn't go correct direction as their layout showed. Set the metal threshold crooked so tile wouldn't install straight in laundry room, had to remove it or cut all tiles crooked. Forgot bathroom threshold. Carpet Mill did send another installer to fix the seams, didn't fix either threshold due to manager saying installer didn't want to jeopardize his craftsmanship. Gave opportunity to make this right they chose to allow shi* craftsmanship under their business name.
