I would not recommend this company…read more I chose them because the scope I discussed with the account manager included replacing my flooring and installing a new vanity I had already purchased. I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.

The crew finished in 1 day +2 hours the next day. They didn't mask off our new kitchen cabinets (or anything else) as they were supposed to so everything was covered in sanding dust. They left in a hurry without locking up the house. The front door was propped open with the key in the deadbolt and all of the lights left on. They left tools and trash inside and outside the house. The owner was apologetic afterwards but accepted zero responsibility for his crew. You might think they would check to make sure everything was done correctly before letting us know they were finished, but apparently there is no quality control. There are several areas that look bad - ripples across the floor, stain on the carpeting, a splotch of stain in the hallway and a long hair sealed into the kitchen floor. We will have to hire someone else to fix these areas since we can't trust this company to be in our house.

Project was going off without a hitch when in the last room, one of their machines had a problem. This was unforeseeable and could happen to anyone of us. This malfunction caused a slight unevenness in the sanding of the floor. Cristiano, the owner, came to look at it and without hesitation, owned up to this and stated that this would be immediately fixed, which it was. The entire floor was re-sanded, sealed and 3 coats of poly were then applied. The job looks great and I award these guys five stars for the outcome of the project, their professionalism for matching the color of new floor to the preexisting floor and huge kudos for their integrity and honesty. My front-entry tiles look brand new (but they're not); he replaced the existing grout with a new product that has it looking bright and clean. See for yourself what a sterling job he did on my new bathroom floor tiles (see photo). What you can't see is the fact that he replaced the silicone along the walls and did baseboard repairs.
