I would even accept 18% / 20% / 22%, but 28% as the middle?! That's crazy.

I asked for a simpler service, just bleaching a few chunks, adding color, and a haircut. My appointment was at 5:00, and I arrived at 5:18, slightly past their 15-minute policy. What makes this worse is that my stylist had me booked later in the day specifically for the color portion, so I know I was scheduled well beyond that time. I wasn't asking for the full service anymore. I was asking for less: even just a partial service. That wasn't accommodated at all. They didn't even offer alternatives. Mia's service is impressive and how she cares about every detail including glass covers so my glasses don't get color on them. In addition to Mia's excellent customer service, I overheard the stylist next to me speaking with her client about her services. I was beyond impressed that this stylist not only recommended the best service, not the most expensive. The client thought they needed extra services but in reality didn't. This stylist could have easily just charged her but she was honest. This shows me in addition to Mia's amazing service that Tangerine employs top notch employees.
