I ended up with severe matting on one side of my head and was honestly scared I would have to cut off a large amount of my hair. Lala (Lanira), the owner, spent over 3.5 hours patiently and gently removing a massive mat. She SAVED my hair. Since then, she's helped me with protein treatments and hair care to rebuild the thickness and fullness I lost. My hair is finally growing back healthier, and it's because of her expertise and dedication. She truly cares about her clients and their confidence. I headed out and at 850 I get a call from them telling me they do not have a open spot come back at 1000. Really? I was just putting on my turn signal to pull in. Ok it happens over booked but if their web is set up to take reservations it should be able to let you know when there is no openings. But ok stuff happens but you are going to call me 10 mins before my appointment? That is rude and does not respect my time. Anyone living very busy life knows how that is messed up. Studio 270 in little elm will not let you schedule an appointment if it is full. Unfortunately the next available day was 4/23.

I needed root coverage on white hair with a Schwarzkopf color. Was told ,"The more upscale salons were farther away." A couple of business owners recommended Jaimee , but not the salon. It was so close that I tried it anyway. The atmosphere in The Fringe Salon was how it had been described, all business and unfriendly. The woman attending the desk was too absorbed in her paperwork to even look up at someone coming in, and when she did, it was without a smile or greeting. When I took a seat , no one asked me for whom I was waiting, nor offered me a bottle of water. Jaimee was worth it. She was a good listener and worked with me on the color and a brand she was not familiar with. I was delighted to find she was not one of those, "We only use these brands here." She was polite and kind , willing to learn what it took to help and please a client. She studied , showed me the product , did not substitute. And, she offered me water. I now have happy hair.
