I bought a whole kitchen pkg. when redoing my kitchen. I've had just about every appliance break (some more than once). Had to replace my dishwasher after only 4 years! Their customer service stinks as they say one thing and then ignore you til you keep calling back several times! I do not recommend buying anything from here as they really do not stand behind their merchandise and don't sell quality stuff. read more

Top line in Wall Township. I have been trying to get my washer fixed since November 2023 (it is now mid February). I have dealt with entry level technicians, diagnosing the wrong problems, parts being broken shipped to my house another to Top Line, technicians, not showing up and excuses being made by the service coordinators, parts being installed, and not being tested and not working. Not fixing the problem. Finally get a senior tech out who diagnoses the issue. Parts are shipped. New tech comes in takes the washer apart and installs the new pumps. He tests & the detergents now empty into the washer. Tech leaves. I immediately run a load of laundry and it fails to go into a full spin cycle to remove the water. Coincidence? I don't think so. Called to have the technician return. Waiting for a tech to come again. We'll see what happens if they will actually fix it properly. This is extremely disappointing. I don't know what happened to Top Line but their service has been horrible. Schedulers not complying when I request morning appointments. I have bought 95% of my appliances through this store and have never had the issues I am having now. It's a huge decline. read more

This place is an excellent choice to shop for appliances. They have everything you would want to have. Bea is excellent. She gave me a huge discount by offering the "Thermador appliance package" which offered me free dishwasher and microwave drawer. She even diverted my order to Lakewood, NJ to save half on the sales tax. I did my homework and texted her my appliance choices so when I met with her, she already prepared an even better deal. I can't tell you how bad this company is to work with. I ordered my appliances in September of last year and i've had issues with every piece. They were installed in January and my dishwasher and hood vent for our cooktop still doesn't work. This is after They've been out to our house 5 times now! We are just unhappy with the level of service. We spent 21k for all Jenair appliances and have had nothing but problems. The oven fell forward when we opened the door ( it was never anchored in) the microwave trim kit falls off. The doors on the refrigerator didn't close right, it sat crooked, and even as they are fixing my dishwasher problem, they cant or won't take care of the hood vent. They need to write up a service ticket? You're here! My advice is buy your appliances elsewhere. Nothing but problems. read more

1. Ordered all appliances for a new home from the Wall Township branch. 2. They seem to have a good selection and all the brands you would want. 3. They showed me what I thought were high prices so had to shop elsewhere (AJMadison) for better prices. 4. Topline offered to match the lower prices and promised to make everything right. 5. After the appliances were installed, the dishwasher (DACOR) began to fail. We called Dacor on the warranty. The warranty servicer is Topline. They looked at it and said a part had failed and it would take many months. This was a few days before Thanksgiving and we could not afford to be without a dishwasher for the holiday season. So we ordered a Miele dishwasher from Topline. They installed the new unit but did not take back the old one. They left it in the basement where it is still sitting there. 6. Neither Topline nor Dacor were helpful in resolving this matter. The Miele is working fine. 7. I am now stuck with a brand new (missing one part) sitting unconnected in the basement. Terrible customer service, Just went there today on black Friday for a dishwasher. I was the only customer they had, but they were not interested in helping me. Told me to look around. Spent over $40k in appliances lots of issues from the beginning but Kristen was great helping to work them out. Was talked into high end appliances and had issues within first few months then more recent issues and took a month to repair lots of miscommunication because of emails. The problem was rectified for the most part but no follow up. Lots of frustration however after much grief they decided to help me the best they could so it wasn't a total disaster read more

Rich Top Line Tech - Westfield Rich was a pleasure to work with on a time sensitive project in Bay Head at the Hesse residence this past weekend. We needed to repair an ice machine before Super Bowl Sunday, as the residents had a large party planned. The part required to complete the fix was a unique piece to the equipment that was not normally stocked & he ensured it would be expedited for delivery & he would come in on Saturday if need be to make the repair. Just placed an order for all new appliances in our kitchen. I had been shopping for over a week and learned alot about what I really wanted. Marc was very knowledgeable, professional, and hands down knew the ins and outs of every appliance. Did not find this at any other local appliance store in Monmouth/Ocean area who came close to his knowledge. Marc made a phone call to get installer to measure correctly which was done within one hour of the call. Who see this kind of service anymore? Salesman assisted in helping me with rebate forms and I was just overall very impressed. I won't be shopping for appliances anywhere else. Service and knowledge, I believe cannot be beat! Went to Top Line Appliances on 12/27/17. We are in the process of renovating our kitchen so we need everything! Walked in and there were two salespeople at their desk with no customers, they didn't even come over to greet us. We walked around and eventually, the female saleslady came over, we told her what we were looking for, she pointed to an area were the appliances/brand that we wanted were, did not help in any way, just walked back to her desk. Glad to write a great review about TopLine Appliance! My 3 yr old refrigerator's compressor broke because of a faulty part (was under warranty). I am not one of those people that has a second fridge so I needed a unit! TopLine loaned me a free fridge with no delivery charge. They were also wonderful to deal with- happy to be of service and got it to me very quickly.
