I hadn't had any issues with the vehicles transmission since and the price was very fair. This week I had issues with power steering where it would work intermittently. I brought the vehicle in worried I might need to drop hundreds or more on a 13 year old car. The shop identified the issue as a loose connection on the battery terminal and tightened it down at no charge. For all I knew, they could have easily said it was something else and charged hundreds to fix or at the very least charged me for 1/2 an hour of labor, but they didn't. I pulled in and asked for an oil change and an inspection because I need to renew registration. I then said hold off on the inspection because I just got it done last year and I know you can renew online with an inspection that is only one year old. He proceeded to say to me "When was the last time you got your car registered because they won't do it without an inspection because they only last 90 days". I just said I don't think that's correct but go ahead and do it. Then comes the outragious prices...I said wow thats quite expensive then the kid I am talking about says in a smart ass tone "have you had your oil changed lately because these are the prices we have had" I responded that I had it changed regularly at Lavon Tire (BEST place ever worth the drive and I will only go there from now on)...I told him that their prices are a fraction of what this place charges and he got offended and started arguing with me about the prices. Finally I just said could you change the oil and stop? I was so irritated with him at this time I wanted to just leave. I hope the owner sees this because I assure you your business is NOT doing well with people like that working for you. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location completely. Manage your business and fire your little asshole employee.
