Then look no further than, NTB in SACHSE!!! Here you'll find effective tactics, such as, witnessing the parking lot being empty! Every single employee, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT, hanging around one mechanic's box, LITERALLY playing video games. Only one manager in the lobby, Milton or Marvin, couldn't tell, he spoke fast and sort of mumbled. Anyways, he took my info really quickly and assured me he could get me in and out. It was only an oil change, btw.. he took the paperwork to the back, and returned shortly thereafter. He and I were making short talk for about, 15 minutes when another, "manager" Carlos, came up and informed the manager I was speaking with that the "store closed in an hour" and "we're already 30 minutes behind" (Again... THE LOT AND GARAGE WERE EMPTY!!) the other guy immediately got irritated and embarrassed simultaneously and tried to plead for me. Only to receive a, "hey man, it's your shop, you should know what's going on. Why am I telling you. Then he turned and walked back out. And I kid you not. Laughter BOOOMED from the back a few minutes later. Red faced and defeated, the tech sincerely apologized and recommended the other NTB Dow the road where, and I quote, "I can vouch for the techs there." Returned my keys and I left. TL:DR; I went back to the sachse store a few weeks later and the taller guy was gone, figured he either left, or was fired. And I ran into a similar situation as the one described above. So I just bolted immediately. Drove down to Wylie NTB and you'd never guess it.... HE'S BEEN DEMOTED AND WAS SENT BACK TO HIS OG STORE. Said he kind of crashed out due to stress from work and groceries list of family issues... BTW... WADDUP, MELVIN!!! Him and I chatted while my car was being worked on, and I asked if he'd care if I left this for you, his exact response was "honestly bro, I'd prefer you didn't, but it's something you're clearly still experiencing there, so it makes sense. Just bring your business here." WILL DO MY MAN, BURNETT FAMILY IS SOLELY GOING TO NTB in WYLIE!!!!

Very knowledgeable, great hospitality and clean inviting waiting room had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Unlike these drive through places, they actually look at your whole car and recommend repairs. Mine didn't need anything else, another plus as most places sell you useless fitted etc be fire you need them. Anyway brought my daughter back with her car that had been serviced recently by the dealer. Top line identified several issues that they had either overlooked or created. They recommend not to drive the car in its current condition and went out of there way to contact warranty company to get repairs covered! Who does that? They even fixed the AC problem she had been complaining about to the dealer since she bought the car and they just kept blowing her off. So if you need car repairs, don't hesitate to come here!

I got my car back and AC was not working I was told they had added dye to the system so they can locate the "leak" and filled my AC system back with refrigerant. Once I got my car back the AC was not working. I tried calling back but it was already 4pm and which they had closed on Saturday. I got charged 375 which included my oil change and the recharge to my system. I was told the AC was working but it turned out it wasn't, feels like I got scammed this time around. This wasn't the first time I've had them look at it and they keep saying I have no leak and that it cannot be located. I've pumped the system my self with refrigerant and you could hear the leak coming from the bottom of my condenser coil.
