I brought the vehicle in worried I might need to drop hundreds or more on a 13 year old car. The shop identified the issue as a loose connection on the battery terminal and tightened it down at no charge. For all I knew, they could have easily said it was something else and charged hundreds to fix or at the very least charged me for 1/2 an hour of labor, but they didn't. I got my car back and AC was not working I was told they had added dye to the system so they can locate the "leak" and filled my AC system back with refrigerant. Once I got my car back the AC was not working. I tried calling back but it was already 4pm and which they had closed on Saturday. I got charged 375 which included my oil change and the recharge to my system. I was told the AC was working but it turned out it wasn't, feels like I got scammed this time around. This wasn't the first time I've had them look at it and they keep saying I have no leak and that it cannot be located. I've pumped the system my self with refrigerant and you could hear the leak coming from the bottom of my condenser coil.

Then comes the outragious prices...I said wow thats quite expensive then the kid I am talking about says in a smart ass tone "have you had your oil changed lately because these are the prices we have had" I responded that I had it changed regularly at Lavon Tire (BEST place ever worth the drive and I will only go there from now on)...I told him that their prices are a fraction of what this place charges and he got offended and started arguing with me about the prices. Finally I just said could you change the oil and stop? I was so irritated with him at this time I wanted to just leave. I hope the owner sees this because I assure you your business is NOT doing well with people like that working for you. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location completely.
