I feel compelled to write a review, to offer another customers opinion, even though it has been a few years since I used Top Line. When I used Top Line I thought they were terrific from the moment I stepped foot on their lot through to completion of the project. The sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous telling me everything I needed to know about granite and more. The yard is laded with granite slabs to pick from. You actually pick your slab(s), which was kind of fun. Depending on the size of the job, I was told how many slabs would be needed, and how many seams to expect. Once I selected my granite type, Uba Tuba, we then went through all slabs to find the two that most closely resembled each other in color definition. The sales rep was extremely patient with us as my wife and I never agree on anything. Once the slabs were selected, I was told when they could be delivered and installed, so I could coordinate with my kitchen cabinet contractor. They showed up on time and did a great job, with no problems. The seams are barely noticeable. Sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience. But mine was the complete opposite and I have recommended Top Line to family and friends. I give four stars, and I feel like I am being stingy, let's call it 4.5. read more

ZERO STARS First, I did not receive the exact piece of granite that I had picked out. Second, I recently tried to fill a large bucket with water, heavier than what I would normally have in my sink but not outrageous, and the sink fell down. Looking underneath only one bolt was connected, none of the other's lined up, and the rest was held on with silicone caulk. Third, where there is a seam that they sanded has turned turned completely dull. read more

Ill give this company zero starts but the minimum is one, and here is the reason why. Back in April 2023 we bought granite countertops and a series of items rounding $6,000 dollars. we never got the items delivered neither installed. Reached the company nobody called back. We found out the company filed for bankruptcy a year ago. The part that is more frustrating here is that they were still open making sales to customers who they knew they were not be able to deliver or install their items. Long story short almost three months later, No countertops and no money back. just put our claim with the Worcester bankruptcy court where their case is currently open. Lesson learned, just verify the stay of the company before your purchase any items so this doesn't happen to you. read more

This company gets a minus 1,000 stars. We put a deposit on a vanity top in March. We had to wait until the vanity came in to have them template the granite. We tried to make an appointment before the end of April but they couldn't fit us in. We called on May 3rd and got a recording that they were temporarily closed until the 3rd. After numerous calls the recording said they would be closed the month of May. It is now 6/6/23 and the message still says closed the month of May but you can send them an email. I had done that in the passed with no response. They have our deposit and we have NO vanity top. They should just change their message to say they are out of business and refund everyone there deposits. Very unhappy customer!!! read more

One star because the experience was awful. First, kudos to the installation guys. They were excellent, respectful, and cleaned up. The sales rep was terrible and did not give me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. I didn't know how the process worked. So many questions went unanswered and in the end, the fabricators designed pieces that don't flow well through the seam. The two pieces I ordered look like they are from different slabs. They do nothing to appease a customer. My complaints about the negligent sales rep went to the top guy. He just ignored her shoddy work and didn't help me unless I bought a new slab. They suck as a company. I really wish I had come here first. Stay away. There are tons of other small businesses. read more

I would like to state the customer service skills need to be worked on here. My husband and I showed up and were told remnants were $65sqft. We looked and decided to come back. I went back on my own and talked to someone else who said they were $68sqft. I received a quote for a small island countertop and the sales rep told me it was based on $75sqft. I said you had originally told me it was $65sqft and someone else told me it was $68sqft. She said she could honor the $68sqft and would send me a new quote. Instead, she came back to me in an email stating that she is 100% sure she stated it was $75sqft and that her other employee said he told me it started at $68sqft. The accusatory nature of these comments and the lack of consistency in what I was told led me to do business elsewhere. I found exactly what I needed somewhere else for WAY less than what they wanted to charge for a simple island top. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Don't settle for these guys. read more

Only giving this place 2 stars because they did have a very wide selection of granite. Went there the other day with my husband. We went there JUST TO LOOK at the slab of granite our contractor had suggested for us. When we walked in we were greeted immediately, which was nice. The gentleman helping us prompted my husband to fill out an inquiry form to which we explained the we did not want to fill out the form because we are going through our contractor and he would be taking care of everything. The sales guy then said he "really needed us to fill out the form." We didn't exactly understand why as we had explained that our contractor was taking care of everything and we were there STRICTLY TO LOOK at the slab. My husband reluctantly filled out the form anyway. We figured when the sales guy calls him (which we know he will even though we said everything is through our contractor) we will ask them to please not call again and/or block the number. We were then lead outside to see our slab. The sales guy showed us a few other options, which was nice. 10 minutes after walking around he asks us, "So which one do you want?" My husband and I both looked at each other surprised as it had been 10 minutes and we hadn't had any time to speak with each other, our contractor, or process anything we had seen. My husband told him exactly that, to which he responded, "Well do you have the measurements? I can come up with a few quotes for you right now." My husband ONCE AGAIN had to advise the sales guy that EVERYTHING IS GOING THROUGH THE CONTRACTOR. I don't know how many times we needed to tell the sales guy that we don't want to be involved directly, we are going through our contractor, he is taking care of everything. It was EXTREMELY IRRITATING. It was as if he didn't listen to us at all. All he was focused on was a sale. When we walked inside he proceeded to ask us about a backsplash and if we needed a sink... Again we stated we were ONLY THERE TO LOOK AT THE SLAB NOTHING ELSE. It was so extremely frustrating and annoying. Needless to say we left after that and Top Line has lost our business. We called our contractor immediately after and advised him we want nothing to do with Top Line. read more

I wouldn't even give this business one star. In fall 2019 I visited Top Line with a designer I was working with. I was going to change the countertops in my kitchen. We settled on a quartz and paid half the price (over $4000), we were to start the project in spring 2020 so Topline held on to the stone until installation at that time.In March 2020 Covid hit and shut the world down. Because of this, we put our kitchen remodel on hold.Everyone was quarantining/The sales associate we had worked with, Barbara , understood and said they will hold the stone until things changed and we were ready to start. During the next few months, things remained uncertain. Spending so much time in the home made us realize we needed to go in another direction.Changing countertops wasn't enough, we needed to remodel the entire kitchen.This new plan wouldn't work with the original stone I purchased and paid half of. My designer emailed Topline to see if I could put the money I had paid toward a new stone (and they keep the one we ended up not using). By the that time, the original associate, Barbara, was no longer working there. My designer spoke to her new contact, Ricardo, who emailed and assured us the deposit I paid could be transferred to a new stone.6 months later, in April 2021, I had picked out a new stone and was set to purchase. still quartz, just lighter in color. All of a sudden, Ricardo told me that I could not use my $4000 toward the new quartz. That I had to pay the total price, and that my deposit for the last stone I never used or even picked up, was basically going to go to waste. After multiple phone calls and emails forwarded from him which stated in writing the he said that I could use the money paid toward this new purchase, Topline finally agreed to it. This was a difficult process for no reason. This company wanted to keep thousands of my dollars for a service and product never rendered because of a global pandemic. I never requested to be refunded, I simply wanted to put a credit toward another purchase from them and they tried to basically take my money. In September2021 my new stone was installed. This all went well except they had to come back because they didn't cut the correct area for the stove.In April 2022, I noticed a large chip in the quartz counter. It was on the edge. I called and emailed Ricardo asking him how this could happen. I was told quartz was basically invincible. I also wanted to see if they were able ti fix something like this. My calls and emails were never returned. Two weeks later I drove to Topline to speak to someone in person. Ricardo was not there, but another associate, Maicon, spoke to me. I told him the entire story and he said to email him pictures of the chip. He assured me he would take care of it and speak to someone and let me know when someone can come and fix it.Immediately he said I was going to have to pay, and I said I wood but questioned why when this stone had been installed less than 6 months beforehand. I emailed him requested pictures immediately, and even sent him the correct invoice (after he sent me the wring invoice from spring 2020). Once again, I waited. He never got back to me.One week later I called Topline & asked to speak to him, He wasn't there. I asked to speak to a manager, they said no one was there. I asked to leave a message for the manager, they said I couldn't leave a voicemail. I asked for an email and they gave me the email for the manager, named Carolline. I emailed immediately going over the entire story, attaching invoices and pictures,asking if I could schedule someone to come and repair, I never heard back. One week after that I received a voicemail from Ricardo, the person I originally dealt with. We spoke on 5/5. He told me that if they repaired it, it wouldn't look perfect. I said ok, and asked if it would make sense to do that or could I purchase a new section of quartz for that area. he said he would speak to his mgr and call me that day. He never did.I had someone else come fix the issue. Worst customer service.Will never use again. read more

My wife and I saw a Top Line Granite pickup truck being driven by a drunk driver. We don't have breathalyzer results, but we saw the pickup drifting far out of its lane several times, and when we passed and looked in the window, the driver was not distracted. He appeared heavily intoxicated. We have not patronized this business, but thought folks considering doing that might like to know this. read more

Excellent experience with this company. All employees were helpful, professional, friendly, very easy to work with and knowledgeable. The stone I selected is gorgeous in my remodeled bathroom. The employees who came to the house, first to template and then to install were excellent and arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the room clean. Our salesman and contact was Anil and he was helpful and professional in assisting us with our choice of granite kitchen countertops. The installation is complete and we are pleased with the end result. There was a small glitch in measurements which resulted in having to redo the backsplash which extended the installation period but it in the end it all worked out satisfactorily. I want to commend the quality and professionalism of all of the installers in their work and cleanliness of the work area during the project and upon completion. read more

If there could be no star and I could tell you had bad this company I would make this a no star review. I am a residential / commercial broker and have been for fifteen years. I chose this granite company from a referral from my cabinet company. HUGE mistake. I chose blanco white as my granite. I waited many years as a single parent to do my kitchen. New cabinets came I went to pick out granite and it all went down hill from there. The granite arrives not in seven days but two weeks later. Ok it's the holiday season I can be patient. So granite comes and they bring in and the hit water valve under sink and water shoots everywhere. They smash light on ceiling with gusher of water and glass goes everywhere. The cabinets that are new are soaked. I give the two installers a towel and they ask me what is it for. And I tell them to dry off my new cabinets. They continue on after cleaning broken glass and drying cabinets. One gentlemen spends his whole time in my down stairs bathroom. Who knows. They install granite and the seam is in wrong location. One less seam than they said I would have and I have now two different mismatched pieces of granite. One half is the piece I picked out and obviously the other half is someone else. This is why the seems are in the wrong location. Company, owner eddy and rep Wellington promised to take care if. As soon as checks passed they told me to call my attorney. That I picked out a granite that is difficult to match they are satisfied with the job they did and they will no t replace the bad granite. I now have an attorney and am also filing at small claims court. Not only am I dissatisfied with the customer service. The lying. I know what quality is. I know what matching granite looked like and I know granite can be matched. Do not under any circumstances ever use this company. They bad they lie. I went through lowes to get a granite countertop put in from top line granite which was to include a border around the countertop since my old countertop they took away had a border and there would be a gap left without that. Top line came out and said they measured for the border and would call me when its in. I never received a call and their customer service does not respond to my emails. While I did not end up using them I can tell you the staff onsite in Tyngsboro was less than helpful and just got a bad feeling. Came in not a single person (customer) in the place. I had to wait almost 20 mins for someone to help. The man (more like kid) that helped me said to go out back to take a look at their selection. I went out back and found nothing but broken remnants and their mistakes. When I came back and said it was all junk THEN they offered me the slabs out front and informed me that I had to buy a full slab. I explained that I had been in the construction business for well over 20 years and that seemed odd, then he informs me oh sorry I mean you have to buy 30 sq ft. min. I needed only 6. I said oh that is okay I will buy it and then he tries to tell me that it is a fee and I dont get to keep the other 24 sq ft of stone! Oh no worries its only 750.00 of stone please keep it as a tip! I have heard horror stories about this place I would say dont use them but if you do BE VERY CAUTIOUS and do your homework first. read more

My experience with Top Line Granite in Tyngsboro was great. First of all they have a huge selection of granite slabs that are easily visible outside when you pull in. You can not pick out granite by looking at little squares at the big hardware stores. I ended up working with Matthew V. It took me several months for my husband and I to make a decision. Matthew was very patient, and walked me through the inventory several times to help me decide. I eventually picked Typhoon Bordeaux and I absolutely love it. The guys that installed the granite were very good also. They spent several hours to make the installation perfect. They used a large thick work blanket to protect my floors. We also found there pricing to be comparable if not better. I would highly recommend Top Line. read more

I ordered granite, but when it arrived, it was not the granite I had ordered - they had switched it out with another color. When I tried to correct the error with them, they told me that I had to pay extra for the color I had originally ordered and paid for. Be very careful dealing with this company, as based upon my personal experience, they are not customer friendly. Last year my husband and I did a kitchen redo. And we ordered quartz countertops and back splash. Top Line Granite Design did a phenomenal job ! From start to finish everything went perfectly. This year unfortunately our fireplace got struck by lightning and we had to replace it. And I wanted to do a beautiful marble surround. When I went in Barbara is the one that helped me and she was excellent and answering all my questions and helping me to select when I needed and throughout the whole process. On Saturday, August 5, my husband and I had an appointment to select granite for our kitchen counters. The young lady who showed us around was helpful as we walked around and selected some options. When we left, she told us that the selections would be given to the person doing estimates and we would hear from them on Monday. Here it is, August 31 and we have not heard word one from this company. After two weeks, we went to another company and in two weeks time, we happily have our counters installed. We were shopping around for Granite and got the quotes from 3-4 different companies. The price here at Top Line was good and so was the customer support. Really had a good experience with these guys. Felipe, who helped us with our order, was patient enough to show all the different stones and explain the difference between each type. We shopped around during the December holiday season, but the installation time was reasonably quicker. The installation guys were really polite and did a perfect job. Felipe came by to check out the installation and gave us some good tips to maintain the stone. No complaints, really satisfied with the work. Would recommend to a friend. read more

The worst contractor that I have ever dealt with BY FAR. Wish I had read reviews prior to hiring. Here are of some of the issues I had: (sorry this is long) Project: Quartz shower surround - back wall, 2 side walls, 4 shelves and 2 trim pieces that run alongside the tub, the only stones that did not require recutting or reinstallation were the shelves. - I was told by the salesman that the job would take 7-10 days to complete after template. The job took 8 weeks. - The individual doing the templating indicates that the weight of the 2 cm quartz that they were going to install was too heavy and should not be installed for my setting. After going around with the salesperson and management, they agree to mill down the quartz to 1 cm. (FYI- Cambria sells 1 cm slabs specifically for shower surrounds, but Topline does not deal directly with Cambria so it is not offered by Topline) - The template guy also indicates that there was no way that this job could be done in 7-10 days because it requires multiple templating sessions (at this point they already have half of the cost of the job as a deposit, i couldn't get on the schedule otherwise). - I get a call from the salesperson a couple of days after the template session indicating that there is a 3 week delay for the stone I want. They took 50% of the cost of the job and never ordered the materials to do the job. The salesperson was quick to blame someone else in the company for the failure to order. - The back wall is finally installed (after the installer sits in my kitchen shooting the breeze with me for an hour and a half because the truck took the long way?? I live 15 minutes from store.) I was asked for the remainder of the cost prior to any stone being installed, I held them off and asked that they wait until at least one wall is done - the truck was not off my street before they called to get the rest of their money. Later that evening I take a closer look at the back wall and realize that the stone was never milled down to 1 cm as promised. - Topline agrees to remove the back wall and mill the stone down. The next day I get a call from the salesperson who offers $500 to leave the stone. He claims quartz is much lighter than granite (FALSE) and that all of the management at Topline believes it will be fine. I agreed (I shouldn't have) but by this time I just want this job done, it has been weeks of living with a torn apart bathroom. At the end of the day, it was not cost effective for Topline to remove the stone, they would have had to get the stone out without breaking it and redo the wall preparation prior to reinstalling (which cost me $1000). The $500 was a bargain for them. - The sidewalls are milled down and brought for installation. I check the stones before they take them off the truck. They are cut to different widths. One sidewall is 1 inch wider than the other. I go to the store to sit with management once again, and was promised that they would cut a stone to match the wider stone. During this meeting, I am told that if I had just told them that I was going to install shower doors that they would have made the walls the same size (I was confused as to how that made any sense). - I get a call two days later from the salesperson, indicating that they would rather cut the sidewall that is 1 inch wider down to the size of the smaller wall (here again, very cost effective for them, because they would have had to buy a new slab to correct their mistake). - Sidewalls are installed and I mention significant gaps (quarter inch) in spots on the sidewalls and the back wall had the same gap. I was told that my walls were not level and that was why they were not able to put the slabs in flush with the walls. I do not believe that the walls were that bad, and I would think most professional installers would figure out how to minimize imperfections. - The trim pieces were a nightmare - chipped, broken and left as good enough until I insisted that one of them be removed before the installer walked out. Additionally, the installer used my new tub as his sawhorse and was grinding the trim pieces on the tub which resulted in a crack in the enamel, which of course he denied, even though he told me not to worry about it because my shower doors would cover that up. During this process I was called a horrible person and a liar by the salesperson because I went to management with my concerns and implied to management that I was working with the salesperson and clear in what I wanted with this job. Overall a horrible experience. Zero communication within the company, customer service was non-existent unless I showed up at the store (where they promised everything and then have the salespeople call and back out of their promises) the skill and workmanship was well below average. We ordered a beautiful quartz piece to go with our newly renovated kitchen. The install was just ok. There are two seams in the quartz that they said would not show once the glue dried. The seams were very rough and not even. The seams still show and are rough a week later so they came back out today to try to correct. Now one seam is worse and another is better in one spot but still rough for part of the seam and the seam shows. It seems like the pieces don't line up correctly. For the price we paid, we should not see a rough and dark seam line. read more

Worst experience ever! I live in Tyngsboro and thought this was gonna be great to help out a local company but they made it difficult from the template Day forward. They never call anyone back in a reasonable time. They wanted us to buy a slab instead of just remnants. The remnants would've been fine. Took over two weeks just to get a signed accepted quote. Come installation day. They call few days before to tell a time(2-5p). Called the next day and cancelled that time to move it up to (11-3p). Never showed for that timeframe then they arrived at (4pm) and took 5 hours until 9pm. Not reliable if you need to be on a schedule with building a house. They don't do anything better than another granite place so why bother going to them. Save yourself the hassle! read more

The salesman walked me around, understood what I was looking for, and coordinated the pick up of the slab seamlessly. We got what we wanted, on time and on budget. If anyone is considering Top Line Granite Design, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid yourself the headache. My Fiancé and I had just purchased a home and needed a small Island countertop, home depot and lowes were backed up so we gave Top Line a shot. We provided exact measures to Cinthia and had multiple conversations with her, chose the style, and edges we wanted. We were told Top Line does not install on weekends so i took a weekday off to have The countertop installed. I was provided with a 2 hour window and never received a call a half hour before as i was instructed Top Line would do. I called Top Line myself and was told the worker was running behind. This was the first thing that rubbed me the wrong way so now my 2 hour window was turned into a 2.5 hour window without a notice to myself. The worker came inside for all of 5 minutes, to tell me he took measurements. Yes, i repeat measures that we provided to Cinthia already, also mind you paid 2 weeks prior. So I called Top Line and requested to speak to a manager thinking there was a huge miscommunication. Unfortunately, i got the pleasure of speaking to Ricardo Silva who had very politely told me that BOTH my Fiancé and myself misunderstood Cinthia. As i mentioned before we had multiple conversations with Cinthia, we made it very clear we are essential workers who both work in person and do not have flexibility during the week. After Riccardo told me i misunderstood Cinthia, he then told me he found it hard to believe i took the "whole" day off from work. Very unprofessional and basically called me a liar. I reminded him I'm an essential worker, drove 2 hours to this newly purchased home, as I do not live in the area, so yes i actually did take the whole day off to sit in a driveway for 2.5 hours waiting for the measurement guy to show up a half hour late, then drive home another 2 hours. Pretty sure that adds up to 6.5 hours! I am now taking off another day off during the week to have the Island installed. I believe Cinthia should inform her clients that Top Line does not take Measurements OR install on the weekend to clear up some confusion for possible potential customers in the future. Worst experience ever, I would never deal with this company again, or ever want to speak to Riccardo Silva to be called a liar. I don't know how this Man calls himself a manager speaking to Clients the way he did. Horrible, horrible, horrible.. read more

We are in the midst of a kitchen remodel and dealing with Top Line through Norfolk Kitchen and Bath. I've made three trips to this place so far. Second trip, the sales person tried to tell me the price they quoted required me to choose from remnants on my island. I walked out. Norfolk intervened and remedied that. Third trip, I tagged a piece of granite for my island. Yesterday they came to install, in the dark, and arriving 30 minutes outside the three hour window they provided. My husband waited around in our cold kitchen for three hours for these guys and they didn't bother calling until after the window to tell us they were running late. We had the island installed and the person who templated the island did it wrong and it was too small and looked totally cheap. They did not even look at the kitchen design that we are all working off of or consult with the builder who was onsite during the template. Upon closer inspection, I am also 99.99999% certain they switched granite slabs on me. The direction of the pattern is heading the wrong way and it doesn't look the same. I refused delivery and am now withholding payment until this is resolved. Buyer beware here. Watch out for the old switcheroo. The only saving grace is that Norfolk has been very good about advocating for me, but they shouldn't have to. This is a very basic kitchen here! read more

These guys were on time, on budget, and did fantastic work....no surprises. Could not be happier with the experience. I wouldn't choose this company ever again. We were sent to them by our builder for our new home. Not only was the representative extremely late for the first appointment -- and we were very booked that day -- he didn't have ANY information about our kitchen and bathroom designs. It was terrible. I picked out the *large* sink that I wanted, and I was assured that would be the style that was installed. For the second appointment, at the yard, no one showed up until an hour later. Even then, my husband had to return yet another day, taking time off from work, to actually view the slabs, as nothing was prepared for us to see after all of the time wasted. The kicker: The sink that was installed is TINY. I mean, apartment-sized at best. Tiny. Not. What. I. Ordered. Okay for someone that doesn't cook or use the kitchen, but not for us!! No, the granite doesn't match at the seam, either, but I guess I feel worn down over the poor communication, the extreme waste of our time, and poor service and since I'm so sad about the sink, I guess I just don't care. Sad. So disappointed. read more

We had such a great experience with Top Line Granite. We worked with Bruna and had great communication through the entire process. Our quartz counters were ordered and installed within two weeks! The staff was all top notch, from the measuring, to installing. The pricing was also great, and very competitive to the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot. I would give them less than one star if possible. It started out great until the installation. The work was less than professional. There were several chips and stress cracks on one slab of the granite. The sink that was installed was severely scratched during the installation as well. The installer tried to cover it up using WD-40 and sand paper. The seal between the granite counter top and sink had holes in it. When they called me to collect the remaining balance I brought this up. Instead of providing excellent customer service, they begin to squawk about contract terms and how they would have to charge to fix these things. Then they hung up on me. 2 minutes later I received and email saying they would come out and fix it but I had to pay the remaining balance first. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. DO NOT use Topline Granite. Customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. Not only did they chip my counter during instillation, but the cut edge was all Chipped as well and they did not bother to recut it. After they finally came out and TRIED to fix it (still looks like shit) never got a phone call to ask how it went , just 20 calls and emails hounding for the $150 balance that was owed on an awful job they did. My finished product came out nice and the pricing was competitive, but the customer service was something to be desired. They were helpful until they got my order, but after that they were not good at call backs or keeping me apprised of the project. My kitchen cabinet company, Norfolk Kitchens in Nashua NH uses Top Line. I began the project planning around the mid-summer 2018, and tho I live in Belmont MA I went to the Nashua Norfolk Kitchen and picked out my cabinets and worked with their fabulous designer, Cathy Keenan. It was fun, just a great experience, as we tweaked and edited the design. Once we settled on the design, Cathy called Top Line so I could stop by Top Line on my way back to Belmont. So I did, and got a walk around their new larger stone yard. I was determined to find a level 1 priced butterscotch sort of granite. We walked around and then I took a solo second walk around and finally picked Santa Helena, just what I wanted. We looked at my design and figured out 1 slab might do the trick. I'd bought a new bath vanity just that afternoon at the Norfolk shop - and there was just enough slab to get that new bathroom counter top, too! The Top Line guys came down to measure what I wanted to do, a wide curved countertop with overlap for 3 stools. It was a terrific experience! Then, I really tested their magic skills when I bought a new stove on Black Friday with a different counter shape, requiring a small 7/8" by 2.7/8" pieces of granite to fill in the spaces at the front of the countertop edges. Mathew Vieira and Claudio Carreira organized a couple of the miraculous Top Line installers to come and create the pieces from my sample piece - each one matching the spots where they installed them. Unless I'm looking for them - they're invisible! I heartily recommend Top Line to anyone! I was on a budget, and Top Line was very well priced, less than I thought I would have to pay. This is the absolute worst company I have every dealt with in my life. I am a business owner and usually disagree with negative posts but my experience with Top Line Granite has left me in shock at how rude and unprofessional they are. The installer came to my house for a 2-4 appointment at 4, walked into my bathroom and said that he could not do the job because I had not removed the old countertop. I said I was not told I would need to demo my own bathroom and then I called the office and was told they would not disconnect the faucet, which every other installer I have hired has done. I understand they will not install new faucets or reconnect but it literally takes about 2 minutes to unscrew a faucet. So I said I would get a wrench and do it. Which I did. Then, the installer demo'd my countertop and was taking my old sink and faucet out to his truck. I told him I wanted to reuse my faucet and instead of bringing it back inside, he just put it down in the driveway. Next, the sink was measured wrong and would not fit in my vanity, the backsplash was about two inches off from my old backsplash and they left shards of broken tile in the wall, in the vanity cabinet and on the floor. Also, the installer took my old sink and faucet with him when he left without telling me. I called the office for a refund and told them I wanted my sink back. There was no accountability on their part for the incorrect measuring or the sharp shards of tile left in my bathroom, which my daughter cut her foot on. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE. Exceptional experience and assistance from the receptionist to the sales staff to the installers. Top rated people with whom I have dealt. They are first and foremost true professionals who know their business. They helped us select the appropriate pieces to replace ones the builder had selected. They notified us days in advance to have plumbing turned off and removed. They then sent a team of 3 incredibly talented young men to install. Their measurements were perfect, the installations were outstanding. The team was polite, experienced and informative. We have purchased granite elsewhere previously so had some expectations - all of which were exceeded. They discussed with us the best place for a seam, the best way to install where it would meet wood molding. They drilled all the holes in the exact perfect places - and added one for a soap dispenser I had just purchased. Would recommend them highly to anyone. read more
