Jason showed up over a month ago, and the glass in one shattered during the process. I've been calling in an effort to get a repair, and Derek answered a few weeks ago and was beyond rude. The sales department was very helpful however the service department is unable to service NH fireplaces. The service department is not able to answer calls so you do have to wait for a return call. I had called and had to wait days only to hear that they never got my message. I did call the owner, Corey, who called me back and heard my concerns around the service department communication. I will say that every person that CFC has been sent to my house was courteous and knowledgeable however getting in touch with them to schedule a visit was more effort than expected.
