Was in the area one morning so I decided to look for a car wash. I gave them a call; I could see the waiting room was empty but there didn't seem to be instructions to enter your car, the car doors were closed, nor was there a place to pull in, so I thought perhaps it was appointments only. The guy who answered sounded exasperated when I asked if it was appointments or drop in, and said he had a lot of cars. Ok.... well, that didn't answer my question, but I get it. You don't want to answer the phone and/or wash my car, so I'll go elsewhere. Someone else drove up, seeming equally confused, and drove off after a minute or so. Just before I left I saw a third car pull up and the guy went inside and I think he left behind me, too, without service. So I'm not sure how this place works and I'm not sure they're all that friendly to customers given my experience when I was seeking service.

For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. But that was some time ago. Those people are now retired or have passed on. So I'm left to my own resources, asking around and internet research (reviews.) I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

I had a great experience with H2O Auto Detail--just a hand wash in the winter and they stopped what…read morethey were doing and took me in right away. This was a decent day (sun and the roads dry) after WEEKS of snow and salt and cold temps. My cars were coated in salt and they needed a wash--and not a machine wash. I'd seen the H2O Hand Wash shop before, although the name isn't very prominent. I'd actually seen a sign promoting Hand Wash, that's all I saw. I'd noted it but never stopped because I'm always heading further southeast on Rand and I've never taken the quick 2 turns onto River then a little street 50yds north. Anyway, they did a great job on our mini van and then I brought our VW Passat over and they did a great job on that, too. 2 cars in an hour...that's how good a job they did. Just so you know, there's no fancy waiting room. Rudy suggested I wait over in the Dunkin nearby, but I just sat on a chair in the garage and watched Rudy's good work. Several coatings of "pink juices" to strip the salt away, then good rinse, air-blower dry to get drops out of door jams, grille, etc., another spray for windows inside and out. Nice towel dry. Very happy with the washes. I will definitely give them a shot on a full detail when I'm ready, which will probably be in the Spring, but for the rest of this winter when the cars are coated with salt, this is where I'm bringing the cars to get the corrosive off. I'll repeat: nothing fancy at all, very basic, but a good hand wash at a fair price.
