Was in the area one morning so I decided to look for a car wash. I gave them a call; I could see the waiting room was empty but there didn't seem to be instructions to enter your car, the car doors were closed, nor was there a place to pull in, so I thought perhaps it was appointments only. The guy who answered sounded exasperated when I asked if it was appointments or drop in, and said he had a lot of cars. Ok.... well, that didn't answer my question, but I get it. You don't want to answer the phone and/or wash my car, so I'll go elsewhere. Someone else drove up, seeming equally confused, and drove off after a minute or so. Just before I left I saw a third car pull up and the guy went inside and I think he left behind me, too, without service. So I'm not sure how this place works and I'm not sure they're all that friendly to customers given my experience when I was seeking service.

The 5 star rating comes from this detailer going above and beyond and the extreme attention to detail before I even brought my car in to the moment I drove it out. I came to get a ceramic coating on 2021 vehicle that was less than a week old. Stefan removed all the scratches from the Toyota "dealership car wash". It's crazy how my car looks newer after a week than the day I bought it! The ceramic coating makes the black paint look very deep and brings out more detail the metallic flake in the paint has. After my detail & ceramic coating I spent a while looking my car up and down from every single angle trying to find a single imperfection. There wasn't a single one... As a car enthusiast I've had 100's of details but this is the first where I haven't notice a spot that was glossed over. Every single inch received the full treatment. I'll be coming back for regular maintenance in the winter and definitely referring people to come check this place out.

From the beginning, Rei set the tone by reviewing my project thoroughly, being upfront about costs, and even asking follow-up questions to make sure his team could deliver the work at the highest standard. That professionalism was my first green flag. Mark handled the work on my car and went above and beyond my request. I asked for before-and-after photos to help me track carbon buildup for future maintenance, and not only did he deliver, he provided even more detail than expected. I initially emailed them to get info on the cost and timing, they consistently replied within a few hours and were very helpful. They got me in within the next few days. Their showroom is really organized and clean. I got a tour of the back garage area, which was way bigger than you'd expect from seeing the front of the building. They had a lot of high end cars getting work done, ranging from full vehicle wraps and audio installs. The work completed worked properly and was a very clean install. They left my vehicle very clean and gave me all the original packaging and instructions. I had a great experience with DPS and plan to bring other vehicles there when I need any work done.

There were a few stains impossible to remove but they were well faded by the cleaning they did and barely noticeable without closely looking at the car. The car being used for Uber gets dirty pretty fast and was very stained up, so the fact they got it to such nice looking shape shows me they know what they're doing and what they're talking about in upholstery cleaning. We had the car decontaminated after a guy puked in the back, it doesn't remind me at all of the incident. So they definitely do a good job of erasing messes! Service is fast, they are quick to reply to messages left on the answering machine and they have a decent availability. There really isn't anything negative I can come up with about this business aside from its location. The location is in an office building which is slightly awkward and their work area is outside, but. They get a great job done so it works. It just feels awkward not being attached to a car wash.

I've had my car detailed before and it has typically taken around 6 hours, so I was surprised by how long this took. The lack of professionalism was also frustrating. Their posted business hours on the door say 8 AM-5 PM, but both times I came in, they were not open at 8 AM. When I dropped my car off, I waited about 10 minutes past opening. When I came back to pick it up, I waited around 40 minutes for someone to finally open the door. When the employee eventually came to the door, there was no apology. He simply said, "Oh, I just woke up." I found that extremely unprofessional, especially after waiting outside for 40 minutes during their posted business hours. The shop itself was also very dirty, which did not give me much confidence in a business specializing in detailing and cleanliness. Most importantly, I'm not happy with the actual detail. After paying $240, my car honestly doesn't look noticeably different. I originally brought it in because of the smoke smell, and now, two days later, my car has an extremely strong chemical smell instead. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.
