They didn't allow even one second to soak my feet before starting my pedicure. They also put foils and polish remover on my nails and had my hands sitting in polish remover during the whole pedicure. He did a pretty good job on my polish but did a rushed pedicure and my hands were burning due to the length of time in the chemicals. When I moved over to get my nails done, this person also rushed and didn't do any maintenance on my cuticles and tried to do only two coats of gel polish. My fingers are rough and uncomfortable today and I didn't go in to this salon with rough fingers. I've used this salon many times but have never had a manicure and pedicure at the same time due to time constraints. I would not recommend this salon after the service I had today. read more

This is MY NAIL PLACE!! I have been going to To Nail and Spa for about 3 years now, and I will forever be a loyal client for as long as I am in the Chattanooga area. The workers do quality work; and the pricing is great! Request Ana; she's my favorite! The only complaint that I have is that they can be a little slow if they are busy; but it doesn't bug me too much since they do such a great job. I am THAT client who always asks for a nail design, and Ana kills the design I ask for every time!! She is amazing! The man that did my pedicure didn't talk a lot but her was very attentive to what he was doing. I put my headphones in any way. My daughter received a manicure but since then the polish has chipped due to her playing sand volleyball. But we will be going back because the prices were not bad at all. read more

I've been there twice for pedicures and both times no one spoke to me. Not even when I walked in. The older lady who did them speaks to other workers in a foreign language, but not a word to me. No refreshments offered, and barely scrubbed my heels. She did give a good leg massage, and the prices are definitely good. Just not much personality but I will go back. read more

Quickest Pedicure Ever! With a short massage!! My grandmother and I went to get pedicures together at top nails and spa. We sat down at the same time and she had Helen and I had a middle aged gentleman. Before I knew it, my pedicure was finished with an extremely minimal probably 2 minute leg massage (which to me is the best part). I was done with the whole pedicure in just under 30 minutes. However, my grandmother got the exact same thing I did and was an extra 40 minutes longer. Her lady was so attentive to detail, very good at painting, and gave an extensive leg massage. I would not go back again to pay for a less than detailed pedicure that did not even have a good massage. I'm only giving two stars for the job that Helen did on my grandmother, but I would give a 1 star for my experience. read more

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about I asked the man who was doing my nails to make them long and he told me that I did not ask him to do that. That really upset me and then after that conflict he was very rough and talking in a different language and I believe he was talking about me. The lady that I paid acted like she couldn't do a simple line on my nail without paying $10 extra. The owner didn't step in whenever I was being treated so poorly. My nails do look pretty okay and I paid 28 bucks for them for the minimum. But he left a lot of acrylic under my nail which is very annoying. I would recommend driving to Johnson City if you live in Erwin. Do not go to this nail salon under any circumstance! They treat customers like dogs. Loved this salon! It is clean and doesn't smell like chemicals. They were on time for my appointment despite being busy for a Monday morning. Both my manicure and my pedicure seemed like it was a deluxe but the price was so reasonable and competitive. They even offered drinks and wine. I will be going back every time. read more

I went to this salon to have my toenails touched up and I brought my daughter to get her toenails painted for the first time for her birthday. My daughter was waiting patiently while the guy painted my toenails holding onto her polish she had picked out proudly. A woman came by, jerked the polish out of her hand, and told my other daughter she better be careful holding the polish (she was sitting in my lap). Another customer looked at me in total shock. My daughters were so well-behaved the entire time and she kept looking at us rudely, making us feel very unwelcome. I didn't say anything while I was in the store, but called back when I left, where I was told there was nothing they could do about the way I was treated except tell her. My sister and I went here today for a gel manicure. The staff did not speak. They pointed and pushed and acted extremely inconvenienced though we were there 1.5 hours before closing. We were immediately placed in chairs for gel removal and then with our foiled fingers were handed a basket of gel options to dig through. Difficult. The bottles are numbered and we memorized the number we wanted. Then when we told them we had to go back through as we also needed to tell them the brand. The actual manicure was and I had to ask twice for them to trim my nails. They are not even. My paint job is lumpy as is my sisters. Massage was minimal and our hands felt so dirty when we left. It's yet to be determined if the gel will stay on. Stay away. This was the worst experience we've had in this area. read more
