Let me start by saying I've been coming here for 4 years and I've always gone to Julie or Kevin (her husband) when Julie left I continued to come in with Kevin. Even after years of coming in, Kevin would always struggle to do my nails how I wanted. I would always have to remind him of what I liked and he always tried to push his likes on me. I continued to come in because I was used to him and simply settled. I didn't want to go through the trouble of looking for someone new. Recently, I went in to get a fill and let me tell you how ridiculous these people have gotten with their prices. For a gel fill he was going to charge me $45 which is the same price for a NEW gel full set!! Unbelievable! He said he was going to charge me an extra $5 to change my shape which was originally square and all I asked him to do was to file the sides a tad more(barely anything). And he said he was charging me an extra $5 for idk what. And an extra $5 for something else. At that point I was already irritated and told him to forget it to just do a regular fill. Which still ended up costing me $40. He got all defensive saying they weren't his prices and blah blah blah. Mind you I've been knowing this guy and his wife for years. I would expect some courtesy and not the absolute rudeness he gave me. Anyway, I got my fill payed whatever I had to and 3 weeks later I call to see if he's available for me to come in for a gel manicure and he refuses to see me, the receptionist says "he didn't feel comfortable doing your nails last time and that I should find someone else". The nerve of this guy. He has the audacity to talk to me the way that he did and still act offended. I've had my nails done by pretty much everyone there and honestly they all suck! I only liked Julie. Unfortunately, she is no longer there and the only thing I regret is not finding out which salon she works at now. Everyone else is terrible. Oh! And they also don't sterilize their tools. Im a medical assistant and know what a pouch that has been sterilized looks like and their pouches don't look sterilized. It looks like they just put the tools in the pouch and called it a day. Which is why I stopped getting pedicures from them a long time ago. My advice. Don't come here! Do your research and you'll find a way better place than this rathole. read more

My gf lives out of town and when she comes to visit I have taken her to a few different shops to get her mani pedi. The other shops were ok when I saw the finished job, but this place is great! When we pulled up there were a lot of people in here but we were greeted as soon as we walked in. We didn't wait long and as my gf was getting her mani she was smiling clearly a sign of it being a good job! I think we finally found out nail shop for her. I'm thinking about coming back for a pedi myself lol. I like that it's spacious and organized. read more

Love my nails! I don't remember the lady's name, it was either Nicole or Michelle, but she did am amazing job on my nails! I wanted matte olive green and gold sparkles, but they didn't have the exact shade of green I wanted so it's a lot darker, almost black, but I still love them. It was $35 for a gel fill with gel polish and she got the shape just how I wanted them without taking the length of my natural nails. The pedi was just average. The pedi chair was really nice, but the guy barely massaged my feet and didn't even offer a callus treatment. I'll definitely be back for my nails tho! read more

They've recently remodeled the store the bought new chairs a chandelier new counter tops and we're paying for it, because they re modeled all their prices somehow went up, the worst part is how they get you they don't announce anywhere in their store that the prices went up not a single sign or poster anywhere and they sure as hell don't tell you so when you're done with your service that's when they get you I went in to get my regular gel pedicure in my mind I was already thinking ok this is going to be around 50 dollars 55 so I said to myself I'm going to tip this lady since it's only going to be around 55 I'll tip her 10$ which I usually only do 5 but I was feeling generous I give her the tip and continue to checkout where the lady proceeds to tell me that my total was 75$ I almost spit my water out I couldn't believe it I thought she had me confused for someone else I couldn't believe that a basic gel pedicure would now cost me almost 100$! I was furious that day I paid walked out and haven't been back since believe me if you're going to spend that much money on nails at least do it at a salon where they actually put care and attention to your nails not this place. read more

This was my first time coming to this place and I received very good customer service. I will definitely be going back.

Horrible! Wouldn't even give 1 star. First of all the place is dirty, a towel was not even put down on station for manicure then when she did grab a towel to wipe my nails it had a long black hair on it so I asked her to get me another. When giving the manicure she did not clean under my nails or give me a hand massage, had to ask for both and they were poor to say the least. Received gel polish which was old and already peeling not to mention she painted a bit of my skin. When asked if I wanted to put tip on debit card (really didn't want to tip for such lousy service) I was nice and said yes 3$ but was charged 30$ instead!! Had to go back and tell them and they did give me 30$ in Cash back. Needless to say I will never go back here. read more

I have had my nails done here a few times , but this last time I went I asked for pink and white nails . (I don't know the name of the lady but she had short hair ) Now when she was doing them at first when she putting the tips on the thumb was glued on crooked so I told her and she said she would fix it . Ok so I just stayed quiet. Then as she was applying the pink she was applying it all across the white tip , now if you have had your fair share of white tips you would know this is not right . And I told her and she said it's ok I will show you when I'm finished , by this time I was like already upset because I know my nails aren't going to look good. So when she is finished I see my nails and I can see pink all across the white and I told her I asked for pink and white . And she said yes it is . I kept looking at my nails and my other thumb nail was just so wrong with the pink covering the white that even my brother that doesn't do nails pointed it out ... ok, I have been going to this shop on & off for years - the more i am reluctant to make the far drive from home and try a closer ssalon, the more I am reminded of how WORTH IT the drive to see Kenny & Michelle is. They have never failed me in top of the line service . Courteous- always give you EXACTLY what you request and are VERY reasonable in price. Iwould recommend making an appt , especially friday evening and saturdays as they are very busy but I will say that Kenny and Michelle are "top" in this field:) Kudos to this salon!! read more

So I made an appointment with them to get a full set today because like I said for the most part I liked the place! I was just saying why would you try and charge somebody $5 for a repair that comes to you all the time! Well I show up and the owner asked what he can do for me and that he liked my yelp review and that they no longer want my business! So apparently they don't give two shits how their customers feel they only care about getting people in and pushing them out not keeping customers they already have. What's hilarious to me is that the owner cares so little about money and quality control and is so vindictive he had me drive all the way there just so he could tell me not to come back hahahaha! I love Julie, super nice folks in here. Julie is worth the wait, call ahead and make an appointment for her. It's a husband and wife team that owns this place, the husband does nails too, but I'm hooked on Julie, I can give her 3 colors and tell "surprise me" and she does everytime, very imaginative, very creative. Also, they always have some type of reasonable special deal going, like right now: flavored scrub (lavender, orange or chocolate scrub) w/ callous treatment, paraffin wax, mud mask and hot stone massage all for $40. Quickest pedicure and gel fill ever. The paint job both on my nails and feet (regular polish) looks like I did it at home. I immediately took notice on my feet; then I realized how important cuticles are and how mine weren't pushed back, couple that w/ a bad paint job...tuh!!! And the flower "design" on my big toes, totally different than the cute example on the infamous plastic hand, let alone the fact that each toe is noticeably different. On our way to the Meadows Mall and saw this salon and decided to stop in and get pedicures. Very friendly operators greeted us as soon as we entered, ask what services we were requesting and pointed us to the nail color shelves. We barely sat for 2 minutes before we were escorted to the pedicure chairs. The basins were covered with liners so it was very sanitary. My friend and I received the best pedicures so far. We've only been getting them for a few months but at a different salon. We'll be coming here from now on. read more

I came in and before even putting my name down asked the nail technicians if they could do what I was looking for, she stated that she could do something similar but not exact. Which I understood and was ok. I put my name down waited about 30 mins and when I got to the tech he asked what I wanted and I showed him he said he couldn't do that so I asked if someone else could he said no, no one can. So I asked which design from my choices on my phone could he do he then walked away and said something to the other techs. I asked for them to just ask him if he wants to do it or not. They responded no he doesn't want to do it. So I responded I would just go somewhere else but that's why I asked to begin with and showed them what exactly I wanted. Great place! Katie was very nice and did a great job on my (first ever) gel overlay. I was a bit indecisive about color but knew I wanted a nude-ish color and Katie picked a few and let me try them out. I had to wait about 15 mins but was in and out pretty quickly. read more

Worst nail salon I've EVER been to! They don't deserve even 1 star! As I walked in the salon it was pretty busy so I asked one of the workers about the wait time he was very rude and told me "what do you think?!?" No kind of welcome greeting just attitude so I left and went to Glossy Nails they were welcoming and very sweet and did an excellent job on my French mani and pedi. I'm not complaining about the work it's great that's what the 1 star is for. But there customer service an inability to offer appointments to customers who regularly visit there establishment is upsetting . Last week I came here and I was here for 3 hour, I was skipped once then skipped again then when I FINALLLLY said something they were like well she's in front of you now, well I gave it another try called an HOUR ahead to get my name on the list the lady pretended to spell mynname and put it down and apparently never did. The again I confirmed with the lady in the front she said yes your names on the list. Called another veronica he argued with me about being on the list and I just decided to leave I'm not going to let them continuously blatantly disrespect me, if you have so much business stop being cheap and expand the suite no one fits it's like we are all stacked on top of each other im so upset right now! I really should have written this review when the incident first happened, but i've been very angry and bitter towards this salon for quite some time. First off, I will NEVER do busy with these rude, insensitive, judgmental individuals EVER AGAIN. 2 years ago, after visiting the mall with my husband, he decided to let me stop in and treat me to a mani & pedi. I had never had a pedicure before, and was already quite nervous. At the time (180 pounds ago) I was over 450 lbs and had a little trouble transferring from my wheelchair into the chair for my pedi. My husband trying to assist me had to control his rage as the nail techs began giggling and laughing at me... NEVER EVER coming here again. The lady took a little over two hours on my nails (which made me late for work). I understand every nail tech is different but no one has ever taken that long on my nails! I asked for stiletto nails (gel) maroon color with a tiny bit of gold on the bottom half. The lady hurt me numerous times. I had to tell her more then 3 times that she was fileing my skin more than she was my nail to shape the stiletto form. I really think she had no clue on what she was doing. They were also way too long. Finally when we got to the point to painting my nails she messed up and had to take off the paint. At that point I was already frustrated with her from hurting me and not shaping my nails correctly and it was past the two hour mark. So I asked for another girl to finish the job since she had no clue on what she was doing. The other lady put more gold then I asked for pretty much my whole nail is covered in gold rather than maroon red. I left upset and hating my nails but had to get out of there to make it to work. I called the next day to tell them how unhappy I was and that I wanted my nails fixed and changed a different color since none of them knew what I wanted. & they said I would have to pay again!!!!!! Most places would be happy to fix their mistakes and have the customer leave happy. Nope not here. They should have a 0 star rating cause I would give it to this place. Top Nails is a Top contender of nail salons in Vegas. I was visiting from out of town and needed a mani/pedi in a bad way. Based on where I was staying this was the highest rated nail salon close to my hotel. I'm so glad I decided to go because the service was great and my nails turned out very pretty. They do designs on nails that are just FABULOUS as I saw several ladies get unique designs on both hands and feet. I'd have this place 4 stars instead of five because a top coat was not applied to my toes to finish the pedicure and they don't really tell you what kind of pedicures they offer even though they have a menu for them. Offering at least water to the customer would be nice since I did spend almost 1.5 hours at the salon. Lastly, if you want peace and quiet then you might want to look into a different place to go since several children were at the salon with their moms. Other than that, I'd go again if I were in the area and needed a mani/pedi. read more
