I went in for a Brazilian at 8 1/2 months pregnant. I felt like a whale, but the lady made me feel so welcomed. She did an amazing job and it was quick. I called ahead to advise I was lost and running several minutes behind and the person over the phone was so helpful in guiding me with directions and could probably tell I was frazzled. When I arrived finally Ashley was patiently waiting and very helpful and also just had something about her that made me feel instantly comfortable. Then she said it was the last product used on my eyebrow (I got my eyebrows laminated back in April ) highly doubt it. I asked for a refund and she told me to call my bank. This is unprofessional; how dare you charge a client knowing you burned/over process their eyebrows. Amanda didn't even do a skin test to make sure the chemicals she uses won't burn my skin, which I know professionals do all the time oh and she didn't even do a questioner. Please don't come here. Instead of owing towards her mistake Amanda accuse the client for her mistakes. Thanks to Amanda my eyebrow are black crusty and my skin was burned. Thank you Amanda for making me look like my eyebrows where drawn by a sharpie really appreciate that gangster look. The prices have changed, but the quality of the service is still great. Although I can't speak for their waxing services, I see a lot of women come in just for this reason. The interior hasn't changed much throughout the years. Probably just the location of the register. The exterior is also showing its age. Nonetheless, the value is worth overlooking these minor cosmetic items. I am happy with the eyebrow threading I get done at Kamana Beauty Palace and would recommend it to others.
