The minute we walked in, we should have known. The place was quite, no tv on, no music. I was surprised that the technician didn't really use the pumice stone on any areas of my feet that actually needed exfoliation. She only used it on the soft arch area, but didn't even touch my heels, the balls of my feet, or my big toe. She did clip some callous off my big toes, but left them jagged. Unfortunately I do not plan on going back.
