I was in a few weeks ago and my mani-pedi was not very good. She wanted to cut my fingernails off... and they were all the same nice length, yet left my toenails very long. Not only that, my left big toe nail was way longer than my right big toe nail. I got french tips on both my hands and feet. My feet came out pretty good, but they started getting busy and she started rushing and my manicure was bad. The ends were left rough from the file, she just painted right over the rough stuff... and it was visible!!! The white tips were missing on the sides of several nails and half of them bubbled within an hour! I had to take the polish off within 4-5 days because the bubbling caused peeling and it was snagging. Also, she had me put my nails in front of a tiny fan to dry. I've never seen a professional salon do this!?! As I was reading other review people said they used liners for the tubs... I didn't get no stinkin liner! lol Obviously, I won't be going back. :( read more

I am extremely critical of where I go to get my mani/pedi done. Katie and Kenny are the absolute best nail techs and now they have their own shop and offer great grand opening discounts plus customers get points for the work they have done and then get free services in exchange for those points. Mark does luxurious pedis. There is a large color selection and their pedi tubs are lined with a plastic liner and new liner is put on for each customer. Unbelievably clean and friendly. Give them a try so you can find out for yourself what a great place this is. Located next to WalMart on Lake Mead and Boulder. Used to be U.S. Nails and that sign is still on building until they have their own sign put up. All their furnishings and equipment are brand new. read more

I love this salon! What a treasure and for all the right reasons!. First of all, I was greeted right away and Mark began the arduous job of removing a pedi salon gel, with two coats of polish over it plus glitter. I wa surprised to see it was an all male salon and I found it quite refreshing. We had a great discussion with interjections from the other males and in English. I truly appreciated this aspect alone as I do speak a second language and was not allowed to speak French unless I translated the conversation so everyone could understand. The salon is very clean, and I loved that the polish selection included OPI and other high end polishes, not the dollar store brands I have seen in other salons. I also enjoyed the drying table for my hands and feet to dry the nails as I read a magazine. My only regret, I did not have time to do a full pedicure! I've been going here for a while to get my toes done but the last couple times I had someone new and I've gotten ingrown toenail nails. They don't really listen to what you want because I tell them not to cut the edges of my big toes for the reason that I don't want to get ingrown but they obviously don't listen. Don't think I'll ever come here again. And the few times I did get my nails done they were bubbly and I always had issues. read more

What a great nail salon in Henderson Nevada. The owner and staff are wonderful. I received a fill in on my nails and a pedicure would just clear coat on my toes the pedicure was the best pedicure I have ever received I believe in my life not only was it thorough but it was very sanitary I love the chair I sat in that too was clean. My nails look beautiful and my toes are feeling their best. Going to put on my dancing shoes and go out dancing my legs feel that great after the massage I received. My daughter and I have frequented your nail salon for over 2 years. We have never received any credits based on your credit system. We were charged $49.00 for chrome nails that your stylist said she could do, but she only made a mess of my daughter's nails. We returned the next day, only to have Katie, one of the owners tell my daughter that "she would fix it this time only." She didn't fix anything. She applied gel polish, but not the $49.00 nail service we had paid for. Their receipts never indicate what services you had, allowing them to charge whatever they want. I recently had a pedicure and manicure by Nancy on May 19, 2017. I had a bad experience with Nancy before when she cut my nail too close causing it to bleed. I wanted a simple pedicure and I received the worst experience of my life. Nancy put so much pressure on my legs that I told her she was hurting me. I'm still in pain, at the time of this review. What made this day even worse was watching Katie make fun of a man outside the salon by referring to him as an ape and making ape sounds and gestures while the other stylists laughed. Ok, I've been going to Top Nails since they took over the business from the previous owners. When I first started the prices were good around $30 for a fill and $45 for a full set mind you my nails are long. Well, to make a long story short that was 4 years ago, the prices have gone up in the last year so much that I feel like they're taking advantage of folks. I get vouchers from a participating casino using my points to get my nails done since I've started using the vouchers the prices I've had to pay has been ridiculous from $45 for a gel pedicure to $55 dollars for a gel fill. Don't get me wrong my nails always looks nice Tina does a great job, but I don't recall ever having to pay different prices for basically the same services. Today I brought my grandaughters to get a new full set with gel polish $90...really! They both have short nails...I will not be going back I was a good customer but I feel like Kenny & Katey are not being as loyal to their customers as we are loyal to them prices just too high! read more

HORRIBLE PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I have been going to this salon for both gel mani and pedis for a long time. Each time was ok until I asked for two coats of polish on my nails. I chose black, and if you only do one coat of this color it is see through and looks like crap. I asked because she started putting the final top coat on, she started laughing and said that if she does two coats they will chip. This isn't true as every single time I have ever went there they always do two coats of color. So after she laughed in my face, her and her coworkers started talking in their language back and forth and laughing. Not only is this very rude, but they also think we Americans don't know that they are talking shit about us, right in front of us. I am sick of salons treating English speaking people like we are animals and doing this right in front of our face!!! Also, they get mad when you ask them to keep the length of your natural nails and not cut them. As I asked her to not cut the length she broke my nail with her electric file and had to glue it together so that it was still the same length as my other ones, then she told me it broke because I needed to relax my fingers. UGH!! If you want an extremely expensive mani or pedi with the added bullshit and sarcasm and rude service right in your face go to this salon. And the price is never the same, they change it when you pay. I never wanted to slap someone so much in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! read more

This place will change prices on you I was warned about this so I called them the first guy said it was $55 for what I wanted and then he pass the phone to a lady and she said it will be 60 and then she tried to up the price of the pedicure so I added it with her and sure enough she charge me $10 over and said oh oho I made a mistake well that's not good enough so all I can say is beware. I've had several technicians and they have all done a wonderful job - from new shapes to new polishes, helping me decide to rolling with whatever crazy idea I brought in. When they opened, this place was good. No longer. Ownership remains the same but the staff changes monthly. They are now utterly ridiculous. 1. I used to go in for the exact same services but the prices were always different and never in the customer's favor. Almost every time I went they were fighting with a customer about the charges. 2. They have/had a loyalty program but never want to actually give you points or have an excuse why you can't use it. 3. I had a gift certificate with $20 extra dollars and ask that it be applied to my guest. They said "No. Only you." 4. Their nail art is horrible. If you complain they just grab your hand and say "Oh, look. So pretty." I tried to explain that no, it wasn't pretty and she kept saying so pretty over and over. 5. Someone who used to work there told me that if you think they are taking about you in their native tongue, you are right, they are. Never, ever, ever again. read more

I go here every two weeks now. The $55 pedicure is amazing! ! ! Go for the full pedicure treatment with the foot massage and hot wax to take care of your feet. I've been here at least 3 or 4 times and I always get the same thing Medium/long coffin regular polish nails sometimes get gel color. Nails have never lifted which is great! Color selection is great. Not very welcoming or comfortable to say the least. If you point something out, the tech can get an attitude or start speaking a foreign language. Which only gets me thinking....if they are in a rush because they have a couple a people waiting. The job will be sloppy non the less (uneven length, crooked nails) I say they are more of a quantity over quality type of salon. My advice is always get an exact quote of what you'll be paying before they start. I've been quoted x amount and always have to pay $5-$10 extra I mean no big deal since it's what I would tip them anyway. But when I ask to break it down it like $5 for every little thing (length/ shape/ you giving them a hard time) or something they don't even know why you need to pay an extra $5 . read more

I feel ripped off! When I called to make my appointment I asked how much for a fill and was told $16. When I checked out my bill was $23!!! My nails were long so I had them clipped down and I bring my own powder because I have glitter in it and I love it. I don't expect or ask for a discount for bringing my own powder - but I don't expect to be overcharged by $2 because of "long nails"...after having them clipped, my nails are what most people consider short...and one coat of gel clear was $5! There are too many nail salons in the area for someone to be ripped off because the fill job is the same quality I can get anywhere else. I have had acrylic nails since the mid-80's and NEVER was ripped off like this before! Lesson learned - ask the real price before you sit down! read more

I went to them for gel polish and had no issue, but when I went back for a full set a couple weeks later I left not only extremely unhappy with the gobs of bumpy and crooked acrylic that I had mounted on my nails, but also with an infection in my ring finger. That will result in drainage and minor in office surgery. Being that I am licensed to do nails and prefer to have the 45 minutes of pampering - this is NOT the place to go. read more

I drive 13 miles just to come to Marc! He gives the best massages during my pedicures and pays attention to deal! A total perfectionist, and the fact he is always remembers my name is awesome! The first time I came in I showed him a picture off of Pinterest of how I wanted my toes and he wasn't confident in himself doing it and asked his aunt to do it for me, and she changed her gloves on spot and did it for me! Never came in when it was busy but I would wait for just him!! I do think it's a family owned business, and they always remember me! It's a breath of fresh air the nail shop is in the corner of the Walmart super center and is the first place i have been that has those films to change out after each person!! (I love it! He rushed and did an awful job on my nails then charged me $35 for a fill where he spent 15-20 min total. I had a photo and asked for a simple design which he declined without even considering it. At 65 my wife finally talked me into getting my first pedicure because of my problem toenails, and picked Top Nails from the internet just for it's close proximity. I expected a pretty mundane experience, but suffice it to say I won't be going for another one anytime soon. The girl doing my nails cut right into my cuticle on my big toe, and when I said ow, she just laughed and kept right on cutting (turned out she didn't speak a word of English, I had to call the manager over to get her to stop). My toe was bleeding everywhere. They tried to stop the bleeding for 15 minutes then finally put a bandaid on it, and sent me on my way, no discount, no apologies. Five days later, it still looks like hell and is still sore. I can't imagine why anyone would go to this place, I should've refused to pay their $26. That girl has one job in life and can't even do that. TERRIBLE !!! P.S. Wish I had seen all these other terrible reviews first, I would never have gone there.
