I saw you had to make an appointment online so whatever I go and make an appointment for 8:15am and i thought it was weird they had you put ur card info in (FIRST RED FLAG) but did it anyways bc i was desperate to get my toes done for my birthday. i shortly after got a confirmation text for my appointment and then walked to the door and waited and NOTHING. i got back in my car and called another 4 times and nothing. after about 45 minutes of them not answering their phone calls (which i called both numbers they had listed on their site, leaving 2 voicemails, and getting in and out my car i left. later that night i noticed they charged my card for $437.77 which is absurd as i never once saw anybody in the establishment and a service was never provided. please be aware of places like these!!!

I understand that everyone here works…read moreincredibly hard, I just definitely felt rushed/pressured to leave since everyone that helped me kept getting called to help with walk-ins-- both during my scheduled 9AM appointment and during the time when they were trying to help fix the nails I had. So, when I requested alterations to my nails (I truly wasn't happy with how they looked), I did feel a bit of pressure to find a simpler design for them to do instead (my new tech said she only had 30 minutes to help me). I admit, they are skilled in shaping the overall nail, and my design choices may have been too complicated, but I wish that uncertainty was communicated with me! So, in the end, one of my nails actually didn't get a top seal on it, so the gems fell off instantly, even though I was trying to be so careful with them. One nail had hair & air bubbles, a few of the french tips just had strangely uneven thickness in the corners (felt like it shouldve been a crisper angle in the very corners). I had work immediately after, and I already felt immensely guilty for asking for a redo.. so didn't feel appropriate to keep speaking up. All in all, I had saved for this appointment for months because I wanted the best for my engagement photos, but I understand I may have held too high of standards, and felt like I had almost wasted my money on a pretty anxious experience :/
