As a Christmas gift, took my daughter to get nails done. The man who did it, was not experienced enough.He kept dropping & re-gluing the same nails and now one/two broke off when she didn't even do anything. They charged me $145 for pedicure/nails with nothing fancy on them. They used to do an amazing job,not sure what's happened to this place.Also, when I was waiting for my daughter, a husband & wife came in and the husband was demanding they fix the crooked nails that were placed on his wife's hands. Owner acted like he didn't hear the man & he kept repeating and showing him his wife's hands/nails. Owner tried to argue back that he saw nothing wrong. I guess I should've taken the hint, since my daughter was in there getting her nails done for 1st time. My husband will be taking our daughter back tomorrow. We will no longer go back. read more

This was my second time here at this nail salon. Mind you I came here 5|17|25 They were very rude, unprofessional & unorganized. Whenever you go into an establishment, you ask/get for what you pay for not what they want to do themselves. I then came in the next day asking can they fix them but I want/needed my nails to be more thicker so they won't break! They then told me no and tried charging me more $$ so I said forget it just take them all off they tried charging me $15 for the poor work they did on my hands so I then walked out. Today to schedule two pedicures one with a person my mom wanted and the other person I asked for whoever he said yes that she would be available at one or two and I took the one for two and I gave him my phone number. He he wrote down my phone number, but as soon as we got there, we walked in there's people sitting down and then he's like what are you hear for and then I told him that I had called to make an I called and made an appointment and he's like "no No one has called" and I said yes you asked for my phone number and he's like no. I have not answered the phone and I was like yes you you did because I have the phone call right here and I showed it to him and he acted dumb and I'm no one to go up to someone and confront them so I just told him yes and that he was crazy. I paid $60 and gave a tip too but just not happy. The tech caused me to bleed twice, my nails didn't even get a color, just nude and she never finished cleaning the extra gel off the back. I've had excellent service here in the past but not this time. Even the shape of the nails weren't consistent. Came back to see if someone could fix the job but they were too busy. Dont ever go here. My wife just needed her acrylic nails removed. She has been working hard on growing out her actual nails. The lady working cut off her whole nail without asking and after being told not to mess with the real nail. Not even worth a single star. read more

Actually I would rate it as NO stars. Lady that was doing my nails was more concerned with the people walking in the door asking what services they wanted and answering the phone then she was doing my nails. Paid for services I did not receive! Hunter did what she wanted to do. Instead of what I asked for (2 weeks ago). My initial experience with Wendy was great but she was out.. Not all nail techs do a great job!!! I've taken my granddaughters there for years now. Recently one granddaughter was there to get her nails done for prom. They were rude and the manager was in my granddaughter's face waving his hand to shut her down. That is so unprofessional. She and family have been there many times. He should have made it right instead of insisting on an extra $35 to fix a problem they created. Shes going g to let her dad know that this jerk manager harassed her. There were witnesses that agreed the manager should have handled this better. He needs to stop stepping out to smoke and handle his business without foul breath. MONEY & TIME WASTED. I came in wanting two simple things: French tips and for my toes to match my nails. For some reason, homegirl proceeded with ombré after she told me she couldn't do tips. Then everybody in the shop told me the polish would match my nails but didn't. At the end (three hours later), I had Tony soak off my nails and take off my polish. He tried to tell me that the polish would never match the powder which is understandable but had someone told me EARLIER WHEN I ASKED REPEATEDLY THEN I WOULDNT HAVE ANY ISSUES. The lady messed my nails up and when I complained they just took the polish off and said I had to pay for the service I offered $5 less that what they charged because I left with plain nails like just my actual nails filed down all jagged and uneven.The lady argued with me because I refused to pay the extra $5 then she gave up and said that's fine just get out. read more
