After being involved in a devastating car accident involving 3 other cars, we feverishly searched for a reliable trustworthy local body shop to repair our car. Every company I found was either booked solid or seemed like a very poorly run shop. Terrible customer service and so on. I was starting to believe our search was hopeless until I noticed a local shop that seemed to be a small business having good reviews. I usually go out of my way to find a good local business to support and this one seemed like a very good one to support. Well, I think we made the right choice. Allen at TNC (Top Notch Collision) was more than friendly and extremely informative and very responsive. He always took the time to answer my emails and phone calls and made me feel as if our car was a "priority". Our car was repaired in a timely manner. We are happy with the workt that was done. Alan is an angel. I recently bought my dream truck. It needed some cosmetic updates (grille insert, exhaust tip). Googled 'auto body shops near me' and read wonderful reviews of Alan and Top Notch. Sent him an email inquiring about availability. He responded, almost immediately, asking that I come by the shop. I decided to today. Jumped into the truck this morning and saw that my sensor read that I had low tire pressure. Arrived at Top Notch around 8a. Reminded him of our conversation. He asked that I take a seat in his very comfortable waiting area while he took my truck to the back. Within 20 minutes, he brought my truck back...grille and tip installed flawlessly. I walked towards his counter, very prepared to pay whatever he charged. Alan's response was, "nope...have a great day". He further said, "oh, and you had a nail in your front left tire. I took it out and plugged it for you". In this day and age when I've not come to expect very much from humanity, how wonderful it is that Alan gave of himself in this way. An unknown assailant put a big dent in my brand-new car - didn't leave note or wait for me to come out of store, so I was stuck with paying for the repair. I stopped by Top Notch Collision for an estimate and Alan was so very helpful. He explained the insurance process to me (I had never filed a claim before). He talked with me for 30 mins, not knowing if he would even get my business. I had already been to two other shops for estimates and they could've cared less that I was there - gave me a quick estimate and sent me on my way. I count myself as lucky to find Alan and Jeff at Top Notch Collision. I came to them when a previous company did a poor install on a new spoiler that I purchased for my 350Z, and since that time I've been back multiple times for new additions to my car. Even though all of the parts have been authentic, they have still required a fair amount of modification to fit with OEM quality, and Jeff and his team have knocked every single part out of the park! Whether it's troubleshooting on how to install Aerocatch hood latches on an MCR hood (which has never been done before), or fitting and painting my Vorschlag bumper (only one in North America), I trust them with it all. Perfect ending to a bad situation. There's nothing worse than getting into an accident except when it's out of town! You don't know anyone, what do you do?? After the accident my car was not drive able from the scene and had to remain in GA. How do you find a decent body shop - it's like the blind leading the blind? I live in NC and needed someone in could trust to be my eyes to make sure my car was fixed properly. I searched online for a body shop. Top Notch Collision popped up in all of my searches, and the reviews were all positive! I explained my situation to Alan. I was very nervous about leaving my car with just anyone. Top Notch Collision helped me get my car back on the road at a time I thought it was hopeless. I was hit on the rear passenger side causing my rear axel to bend and side air bags to deploy. This obviously came with a lot of body damage and frame damage. From the time I started the repairs until the repairs were complete, they were extremely professional and helpful. I called several times in a week to get an update and never felt that I was an annoyance. They also sent me pictures of my car as they made progress. Alan went above and beyond what I would have expected. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very straight forward about what to expect. They did an absolutely fabulous job with my mothers 2015 Nissan Altima. It's been repaired twice in the same spot. The first repair done by the Nissan dealer and that repair looked a 3 year old art class project. Fortunately she hit it again in the same spot and I asked a friend of mine who he'd recommend. He referred me to Top Notch. They did an estimate in less than 20 minutes which impressed me but the real impression was the finished product. The color matched perfectly and all the shoddy workmanship done by the previous repair shop was removed and redone correctly. I've been around my share of cars and bodywork over the years and this repair was undetectable. Furthermore the car came back completely cleaned and detailed. I was referred to Top Notch Collision by a friend. I was rear ended back in March and the damage wasn't too severe so I really debated about even fixing my 10 year old Honda Accord. I actually made 3 visits to Top Notch to talk to them about what I should do! My fear was that the paint on the bumper would be a little off from the rest of the car, since my car is 10 years old. Alan and Jeff couldn't have been any more patient with me! Being in a car accident can frazzle your nerves and I knew I didn't want to take my car to an insurance recommended shop. I called a few shops and after talking to Alan I knew I wanted him and his team to handle the repairs. This was the first time I had to have a car towed in for collision repair. Alan took the trauma out of it with his friendly and professional manner. And the repairs; 5 Star rating reads "Woohoo! As good as it gets!", Alan and his team go beyond that. I took my Honda CRV to Top Notch Collision after a minor accident where another car hit mine and caused damage on the passenger side. Alan thoroughly reviewed the damage, worked everything out with the other driver's insurance company, and stayed in contact with me while the body work was done. I was referred to Top Notch Collision to fix a leak in the rear window of my truck. When I spoke with Alan on the phone he wanted to be sure what needed to be repaired and asked if I could bring the vehicle to the shop for a quick look. I thought that was a great idea and went right over to the shop. Alan met me in the parking lot and identified the problem before I even put the vehicle in park. It was my 3rd brake light that had a leaky seal - not the window at all. He had seen this before and his assessment was confirmed after he opened the brake light. He then set about fixing it - like right now. Wow! A quick and effective repair instead of having to deal with the rear window. After about ten years now my wife and I consider Allen Greenway family. He has fixed my 2003 Toyota Corrola twice. The last time the other drivers insurance company wanted to total it and give me a check. It wasn't enough to get a descent car. Allen took the time and explained I could keep my car and he would fix it. All I had to do is demand a salvage title and a check. He has repaired my wife's 2006 Lexus RX 330 three times including a botched repair from a "high end" collision shop. Allen is a stand up guy no BS. l drove the RX 330 to Allen one last time. I cannot say enough about this company! We have had work done on our Mercedes twice now, (and are taking our truck in soon). We have been MORE than satisfied. I hit a GA Power Line that had been cut and was dangling across the road. It ripped the mirror off my car, scratched and dented the whole right side and some on the rear end. These guys are fantastic. I had a door ajar switch go bad on my wife's car. I attempted to repair it myself but discovered quickly that the repair was more than I was capable of performing. I called a friend who recommend Top Notch Collision. I called them and they told me to bring it to them. I arrived and they began working on the door immediately. We discovered that the door switch assembly was defective and that it would take 24 hours to get the part. I came back the next day and they replaced the assembly while I waited. Took my daughter's Honda CRV to get an estimate on fixing deep scratch in driver door. Alan was not only quick and very friendly in giving me an estimate, but saved me the worry of comparing various repair opinions of my other 3 body shop estimates. My truck (2020 Ford F150) was rear-ended by a Geico customer. Top Notch handled dealing with the insurance company multiple times and fought against Geico wanting to put after market parts on my truck. They had to cut the frame, remove the rear end and repaired in 3 weeks; sooner than expected. Geico was the reason it wasn't completed even sooner. Vehicle was clean inside and out when I picked it up today. They even took me to get the rental car when I drive the truck to their shop. We have worked with them on different vehicles for years.
