They have a we can do attitude even if they can't do it. I would have rather been told that their photo prints are not really photo prints. They are the quality I could do at home on photo stock paper which is not what I was seeking and then they are 8.5 x 11 sheets so then you have to cut them yourself and end up with wonky sizes of "pictures." read more

Not qualified for China visa /passport photos; We have been here several times in the last 3 months and have referred several friends to get photos specifically for the new China visa/passport requirements. All of the photos have been rejected by the Chinese consulate in San Francisco. Although I've brought this to their attention and received a partial refund (these photos are not cheap!), our friends have also had their photos rejected. Recommend getting photos in the China Consulate (only $10 for 4 pics) or for free from Visa Services Northwest. Make sure you bring a clear sample of what is required by the China government when you go here and review the photos to make sure there is no glare and that your ears are visible, size requirements are met, etc. Good luck read more

New to the professional printing thing, I took my files to 3 different shops to get digital color prints on glossy paper of some drawings I did. Concerned about capturing the texture, details and hues accurately I also took the files to a high-end print shop, and for 3 x the cost, and twice the wait time - the prints were blurry!! I was horrified. Even my teacher complained. I had assumed the other print shop being far more expensive with "leading edge printing solutions" would give the best results, but in this case the economically priced Top Notch shop gave me the most accurate and attractive prints!! Hands down these guys were the best; fast, courteous, professional service. I could tell they really cared to take the time to be sure that I got a print I was happy with. They were very willing to print samples and even order a different thickness of a certain paper for us. They showed me a proof of exactly what my design would look like, which was perfect because I had to adjust the design a few times to fit. I highly recommend this place for your copy needs! I came here to have my wedding invitations printed. I was making custom invites, and Shakeel went out of his way to help me with formatting them, and making them perfect. He spent at least 45 minutes with me printing examples and showing me what he could do. In the end, he not only printed the invites, but cut them to size, rounded the corners, scored my cardstock and helped perforate the tear-off portion for the RSVP. They looked fantastic. Zero stars if I could. Had the unfortunate experience of this place being a UPS pickup location my package was held at. Store lost my package (aka could not find it in the clutter of other packages), employee insisted that UPS still had my package despite proof that store had signed off of receipt of my package, and when it turned out that said employee just could not find it, he attempted to blame me for giving him the wrong tracking number, which he did not ask for and even if he did, would not have helped him located it within that disorganized store. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Have never experienced customer service this poor. Would not recommend to anyone read more

We got our wedding invitations printed here and they turned out really beautiful. We bought some card stock stationary that was apparently too narrow for most commercial machines. Before we discovered Top Notch Copy and Print we had previously gone all over the city to at least 5 mainstream copy and print stores that were unable to do the job. Top Notch didn't turn us away at the door and promised to try and find a way to make it work and they delivered. Great customer service and great product. read more
