I hired Mr. Jon Michael to do a simple work of renovation. But all I got from was low quality of work. Yes, I did mention that I have a tight budget, but never expect him to just trash the work. All he cares about is $$$$$$ He keeps constantly bugging my wife about his pay. Knowing that fact, the agreement is half now and half when the job is done. That didn't happen. He said the project will only take 1 week and that didn't happen either.Overall, I will NEVER hire him again. I can't say enough good things about Angelo. We live in a new construction home and they obviously cut corners to save some $$$. We had three windows already fail on us and handyman after handyman gave us sky high estimates for labor and told us we'd probably need to get new parts and or new windows (extra $$$). On short notice, I called Angelo and he promised me he'd fix all he could the day he came out. Angelo came out and suggested that before we go down the road of new parts and/or replacement windows, we check the windows to see what the issue actually was. Lo and behold, no new parts were needed. In actuality, all we needed to do was re-attach some spring loaded strings to the frame. To be honest, this probably sounds simpler than it was in reality because we had to do this without any instruction. Turns out that even though I knew the model of our windows, they were basic builder-grade (read: very cheap) and the diagrams and instructions online only referred to a higher grade version of our windows. So Angelo had to reverse engineer my windows in order to fix them, but fix them he did as promised! He also fixed other small projects around our house like a lightbulb socket we had broken while trying to change the light and advised us on the exact parts we needed to fix other fixtures. All this and he was very very reasonably priced to boot. I definitely give him the highest recommendation and I've already asked him to come out to do more work for us! read more

Provided a quote and we agreed for the service - mounting a TV. Took a week to schedule and cancelled a day before the install date. We scheduled again and once again a day before the install increased the quote. This was not acceptable to me and we cancelled the service. read more

I moved into my wonderful house. However, there was a lot to fix, including a moldy and wet screened patio, install bathroom fans and shower head with new pipes and tile, kitchen electrical outlet, paint to garage floor, secure exercise equipment and replace a garbage disposal that may have been used for shooting practice. Toss in a leak in the roof drain, and you can appreciate the nice sized punch list of move in challenges. Angelo showed right on time for a planned meeting about one week before move in. I should have started this process one month before move in. Angelo read the situation and embraced the challenge. He recommended a variety of options and let me choose to my preference. For plumbing he recommended a joint effort with plumber, and this was a very smart recommendation. 80 percent of these tasks were completed by move in, so one week for a one month punch list. When we moved into our new house we had everything working and looking awesome. We love the house, and a big part of those positive emotions are because of Angelo's diverse set of skills in home repair. Finally, his assistant Josh is focused, polite and talented. I had Angelo remove, grind off old weld, and replace with a larger brace that ran the length of the gate. Angelo was responsive, professional, a fair with his pricing.
