Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

Initially it was just a few, but then around March we got a bunch and asked for retreatment. That is when the excuses started. Instead of acknowledging the chemicals should be strong enough to last 3 months, we got told that we needed a monthly or bimonthly treatment instead (in 7 years of owning these properties they have never needed more than quarterly treatments), which of course was more costly. When the retreatment was completed they recommended a couple repairs to help prevent bugs getting in which we completed. We then started getting complaints at the other properties as well. These had no recommended repairs and instead we just kept getting excuses and told to upgrade our account to pay them more. Then after our 2nd quarterly treatment in April the wheels fell off. Nonstop complaints at multiple locations. They then started making excuses claiming they are a small family company and cannot commute to our properties (didn't stop them from quoting and taking my money mind you), and started blaming me claiming that the repairs we had already completed at 1 location somehow explained the nonstop complaints at 3 of the 4 locations they treat. They then cancelled the contracts and refused to come out and retreat the properties we had already paid for through the rest of the quarter, violating the agreement we had, and continued to insist I pay them more money for them to retreat. We now have a roach problem that we are going to have to have another company fix, after just 6 months of using these SCAMMERS. Use ANYBODY ELSE

I looked for a company to remove and treat the affected issues. I could see two areas when they came out they found one more. We assume it was raccoons not in the attic nor crawl space. First time having this issue but it's been resolved. I am a bit concerned since it rained last night post cleanup and treatment. I'm hopeful it solves the issue and I won't need to address again. When an entire colony of tiny ants and spiders took up residence in my car, I tried spraying,…read morevacuuming, and even superheating my car (not too hard an endeavor when it's summer in Texas) to try and get rid of the critters. I eventually called EnviroCon out of sheer desperation, making it a last resort before trading in my car. I'm not sure if pest control companies receive too many calls about vehicular infestations, but they took my call with politeness, calm, and - most reassuringly - a plan. We made an appointment for the very next day and they agreed to send someone out to my apartment complex. The entomologist, David, was not only punctual to a tee, but called me while on the road to let me know he was on his way. Once arrived, he assessed my car with a careful eye and then laid down commercial-grade bait, along with spray in all of my car's crevices. All the while, he explained everything and answered my dozens of questions with perfect patience. I was concerned about the spray being harmful if breathed in, especially in such a closed space like a car, but he explained that the products EnviroCon used were restaurant- and resident-safe. It's now been about a month since the appointment, and I've held off from leaving a review until I was absolutely sure that the swarms of crawlies were gone. Sure enough, I haven't seen a thing since my car was treated. I'm SUPER grateful and would absolutely recommend the wonderful folks at Envirocon for any pest needs.

The worst part is that when he came back the second time he pretended that there were three animals caught when there was really none and we had him on camera.
