Would not recommend and has been reported to Department of Agriculture. We had this vendor come out to our house after we had a concern about termites. They were very quick in their response and came by and looked at our issue. Our issue was a mound and a tunnel going into our house. I had mentioned being concerned about termites. Upon arrival the technician immediately diagnosed our problem as termites. HE did a verbal quote around 2000 however when I got the written" it was closer to 1K. Because this was a brand new house I called our builder very upset that the home that we just closed on weeks earlier was having an active termite investigation. In the meantime we had somebody come as a second opinion and the builder. Both separate independent parties were able to show these were fire ants. I wish I had just Google images to save them the time. I don't think it is possible for a professional to mistake fire ants from termites. I am not sure why this technician thought he would be able to get away with it considering it was brand new construction and most likely would have some kind of warranty which we did but still it's absolutely crazy how much stress at a minimum that his false diagnosis gave us. Very quick response from this company. They are new to Yelp but not new to the business. Mr. Kirksey has taken over his father's business and they've been around since the 70's and are still going. We discovered something large like a possum or raccoon dining on our air conditioning vents late Saturday night. I sent this business a request for a quote to come out and inspect the Attic crawl space. Kirksey called me back first thing Sunday morning and confidently stated that his team would find out what it was, remove whatever it is and seal up any openings allowing the critter to get in.
