In a black car with black leather interior and 100+ degree weather, it was NOT good. The other places said there was a leak, charged us to recharge the AC, but couldn't find the leak. One place even put dye in it to try to find the leak when we came back to recharge again, and still no luck in finding it. The AC worked for half a day, then it was back to blowing hot air. Nick diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even replaced the worn-out touchscreen in the dash while he had the dash out and defogged the headlights, just so they were more efficient and safer. He was quick, transparent with pricing, and I no longer hate our vehicle. Great work and a really nice guy. Even though he was busy, he didn't rush us and took the time to talk to us. Doesn't answer calls, texts, voicemails. I went to go to his shop today and it is a completely new business. What's sad about this whole situation is my mom has been a loyal customer to him for orver 10 years. They wen't to church together, had a friendship, and then he just completely took the money and blew her off. I would say don't waste your time at this auto shop, but he's not even there anymore.

I waited for Everett to fix but had to pick up due to moving. Kept getting lied to regarding ordering the parts. The worse part is I tried to file an insurance claim to fix the interior and when Geico called, Everett LIED and said he gave me the car back just as he found it!!!!! Sadly I thought Everett was my friend, even helped get his computer fixed to offset the damages done by his mechanic. Absolutely disgusted!!! Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. I spent over $2,500 on a rack and pinion replacement, oil pan repair, and rear shocks, yet the second rack and pinion is also leaking. The original part has been discontinued by the dealer, so only remanufactured units are available, which can be hit or miss. I appreciated the effort to get it done correctly, but when I mentioned the continued leak to Jesse, his response was that it was better than the first one. The alignment is off, and the lever to adjust my steering column was broken during service. If you use this shop, I would recommend doing your own alignment to avoid damage. The original oil pan repair addressed some seepage, but not the main leak, and now I am being quoted an additional $1,200 to fix the upper oil pan gasket. I feel this should have been properly diagnosed before charging so much. Jesse said the work would take 2 to 3 days, so I dropped off the truck on Wednesday with the expectation it would be ready Friday, but I did not pick it up until Sunday night. This caused a major inconvenience, and the truck is still not working correctly. He offered to fix the issues if I bring it back, but wants me to pay more for a leak that was already in progress. I received a quote from another shop that was $500 cheaper. Jesse mentioned he would reimburse me and reinstall my old oil pan, but I just want the truck repaired correctly so it does not leak and works properly. While the team worked hard and I appreciate their effort, the truck was not ready on the promised timeline, and the repairs have not fully resolved the issues. I rely on my truck for work and need it to function properly. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Anyways, this Titan Auto contacted me name Toktam via text message to bring my car in to install the front license bracket. (I discovered Titan Auto works with Hertz in roseville, they are close by each other). I told Toktam I was not able to make it and if I can come on Saturday. Toktam said ok. When we arrived on that Saturday, the staff was unprepared and there was no bracket available. We were frustrated with the waste of time and the lack of communication from Toktam, the manager who had reached out to me earlier the week to bring my car in. Titan Auto provided us an after-market bracket when we requested for a market bracket that actually fits my car. The Titan Auto lady told us to go back to Hertz with an attitude.
