Since there was a line of cars behind me and I was holding everyone up, I honked to get assistance from an employee. Instead of helping, one of the male employees yelled at me, "CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF." That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a paying member, I was simply asking for help because the gate was not working. A female employee eventually came over to assist me and even she had trouble understanding why the gate wasn't opening since my membership was active. After finally getting through, I went into the office and spoke with Rafael and asked to cancel my membership. At that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing to give my business to a place where a customer asking for help is treated this way. I understand places get busy, but yelling at customers instead of helping them is unacceptable. Customer service matters, especially when the issue was caused by the equipment not working.

It turns out there was a mix up with the tickets and we were given a different wash than the one we had paid for. After speaking with the owner, he was incredibly kind, gracious, and genuinely wanted to make things right. He invited us to come back and try again, and I'm so glad we did. This time, we could not have had a better experience. This car is our kid and dog car, the one that handles school runs, errands, sticky fingers, crumbs, snacks, sand, and basically every questionable life choice that happens in a family car. It had been through the wringer. They cleaned it so well that it honestly looked detailed. And we did not pay for a detail. This was just their gold package, and it was amazing. The before and after is wild. It looked like a completely different car. I am also extremely picky when it comes to car washes. Like, character flaw level picky. I notice every tiny thing. If one area was wiped and another wasn't, if something is uneven, I usually leave every car wash with at least one thing to complain about because something always gets overlooked. This time, I had nothing. I could not be happier with how clean the car was. That says a lot coming from me. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful, the service was fast even on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner could not have been nicer. The lot where you can dry is pretty big. But other wise, I've always been pleased with my car here. It's your typical self serve car wash place. Pull your car in and pop the change in to start your service. Price wise is not bad, I believe it 1.75 to start. It has all the options, spot free rinse, tire washing, soap, and whatever else a self serve wash usually offer. When done, you just pull forwards to the self serve vacuum area. Most people dry and vacuum there but there's also a lot to the right of it that you could finish up the car. Experience for me has always been good. Price wise is great as well. As I spend more at a car wash service and haven't been happy with my service. As the last experience my car was left with pink spots all around.

Pay for a membership and take advantage of all the car washes you would like. It's fast and easy. Come when it's not crazy packed which is ideal. It's part of the gas station just right off the 405. Enter, scan your info but I'm not sure if it's scans your license plate as a way as well. Your instructed how to get on the conveyer belt and your all set. The attendant starts with the first soap lathering and the machine does all the rest. Sit back and enjoy the free show for a quick second. Afterwards, you drive off and someone is at the end to do a quick dry for you. You're free to go afterwards or pull into one of the slots for self service. There's vacuums on either side for easy access to use. The cords are long enough to go from front to back of your car. Plus there's an attachment where your mats can hang for easy vacuuming. It's alway a great experience and an easy and fast wash. It does the trick but you got to put in some elbow grease yourself for the final details. For the price of a single car wash elsewhere, it's a membership here that gets you unlimited wash and vacuuming.

Also something that made me not give them five stars was that I paid $3.50 and wanted to hit stop and after using the power washer on water for just a few seconds I hit Stop. I lost my $3.50 and only used it for less than a minute. Very frustrating. Anyways definitely worth trying...
