You would need to cancel at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle, which I did. 10 days after I submitted my request to cancel my memberships, the bank account was charged $22.99. I have 2 cars enrolled in the membership, and if the other one charges, I will be very unhappy. I have tried on several occassions to call the location to speak so someone who can help me and was not able to reach anyone. I have left a voicemail for this location. Please call me, so we can resolve this issue. UPDATE: Due to the review left here and a resolution, I was asked my staff if I would delete the post, but no. I will not erase the problem I had with this business, but I will update with my experience. A staff member finally called me back and processed a refund as well as cancelled my memberships. I feel like there is something wrong with their websites form though. I double checked all the information and had someone else verify the information that I put in was correct before submitting. The staff member was gaslighting me saying that I must have entered the incorrect information so it didn't process. If the information wasn't correct, then the form wouldn't go through. Unfortunately the form doesn't give a confirmation number to prove that the membership cancellation processed. Long story-short. Just walk in to cancel the membership.

Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. Use the mirrors, go slow, and let the staff member on the side guide you in and you'll be totally fine I come here at least once a week, and it's easily my go-to car wash. Highly recommend

For a drive through car wash, they do an excellent job. I especially love that the drying portion has air dryers AND a big rolling cloth dryer, so my car actually gets reasonably dry. As with most self-serve car washes, they have free vacuums to use afterwards. I always see the staff keeping the area clean and readily available to help out. If I lived closer I would totally get the monthly membership but for now I'll keep paying as I go. Highly recommend!

Last week I was at Denny's across the street and I was like I'm gonna give that place a shot. Big fucking mistake. Nothing out of the ordinary the car wash was whatever the brushes don't really do much like the ones close to victory and Sepulveda, where I usually go. But this place is a couple bucks cheaper. Never go the cheaper route!!!!!! I don't know what the guy at the entrance of the car wash brushed over my truck, but it has damaged my paint. When I go speak to the manager about it, he wants to tell me oh, it's your paint oxidizing. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I have pictures and proof of all the damage caused to my truck. When I told him I needed this fixed, he said sorry, but there's nothing I can do as his first response. It's your paint oxidation. My paint was fine before i got here! My truck wasn't even that dirty. I just needed a rinse. I ask if we can run it again with no chemical bullshit just to see if we can get it off and no luck. It gives me back my money in cash after failing twice to get the money back to my card. And then he told me to go get it detailed somewhere. Helllooo? Im at a car wash. But I guess he meant go get a hand detail that's gonna run me a couple hundred dollars to fix what they fucked up. And then come back and he'll give me a couple free car washes. And this is after being extremely upset and just going silent because at that point I had nothing else to say. Why the hell would I accept free car washes when you guys caused the problem? And what pissed me off the most was that they chose to blame me initially. I think they need a new Manager with better problem, resolution skills.
