No two classes are the same even if the same muscles are being trained each particular day. There are days to work on power and days to work on strength. Each strength day starts with a heavy lift (barbell back squats, deadlifts, chest press) followed by accessory exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, curling bars, barbells, etc. It's a well rounded program.
