After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

When I got there he noticed I had completely worn tires and needed those too! He was able to get my tires on that morning and at a great price! I am SO thankful for people like Ivan n this crazy world he was SO wonderful to work with in the midst of my panic! It's people like him that make this world go round! I have been dealing with an issue since March, specifically the Anoka Valvoline, making countless…read morephone calls to customer care in an effort to reach a resolution. In September, I was told the area manager said to reimburse me for the part. However, no one ever followed through with that decision. I continued to call and get no where and now there is a new area manager and I'm not being reimbursed. Both customer care and the store managers have repeatedly told me that they "stand by the area manager's decision," so why wasn't the first decision followed through with?! If Valvoline truly stands by its area managers' decisions, then why was the original decision not honored and followed through? This situation should have been resolved months ago. I have made several attempts to contact the new area manager through customer care, leaving multiple messages and emails requesting a follow-up, but I have received no response. I understand that he has made his decision and that everyone appears to be standing by it, but as a customer, I deserve an explanation as to why the original decision made in September was never carried out. The lack of accountability, follow-through, and communication in this process is completely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on Valvoline as a company.

He tried to sell me Transmission service, Rear differential service, Fuel system service and Radiator service. He told me that the LH rear cv axel seal was leaking and it should be repaired. I asked Tyler if they were able to take tips, and he replied yes. I gave Tyler a one hundred bill and told him to buy the guys lunch. if left there 55 minutes later. I made a appointment at the Lexus dealer for the upcoming Thursday on July 9, 2026. When i got off the phone I realized not only did I not get my wheel lock key back, but they never rotatied my tires. I called Valvoline the next morning on July 8th, 2026 and explained to the guy that I needed him to check if he could find my wheel key? He replied (if they didn't give it back to you it's here so come and get it.) After work that day I stopped by to pick it up. I was there for 45 minutes and they couldn't find my wheel key, Tyler said to me (not that I don't trust you, but I need to see in you glove box and in your trunk. Tyler tried to call his manager Dylan for 10-15 minutes but no answer, so I left. Tyler called me about 15 minutes later and said Dylan told him to refund me for the tire rotation and we could call it even, I replied you never rotated my tires, At that point Tyler said he would call me in the morning. The next monring I waited for his call, that never came, so I called him and he said we are really busy, can I call you in 10-20 minutes? I said yes! That was 17 days ago, so I'm thinking they have no intension on replacing my wheel lock key. I will be telling everyone I know about my visit to Valvoline in Elk River. I work in the automotive business not far from Elk River and i will bring it up to anyone who lives in the Elk River area and tell them to tell all their friends and neighbors. Greg

John's Mobile Repair Service to the rescue - 4 stars!…read more I inherited a nice riding mover that smoked and blew oil out of the bottom. And as a smaller issue, I have a cheap push mower that I couldn't get started. I just wanted to know if the push mower was trash or worth salvaging. But my main concern was the rider. John really came to my rescue. Unfortunately, as a result of health issues and then spinal surgery, hauling my rider to a repair service was out of the question. I've been hiring a mowing service, which has been pretty expensive since I have a full acre of land. John communicated well and he arrived early. He got my rider all fixed up - fast! He pumped up my tires, he told me I needed a new battery (I knew that one already, my cheap trickle charger never worked), he cleaned out my gas lines & carburetor, and he tightened my oil drain coupler spigot...but I still need a new one...but no more blowing out oil, just small drips until my part arrives. He gave me part numbers for an air filter, a battery, and a spigot. He got my push mower going too...in only seconds. Nice! The whole thing cost me $240 bucks...plus a short punch list of parts I needed to order...which I can install myself. I really appreciate that he discussed money, in advance, before he started work. I had NO IDEA what to spend. But he wisely suggested I shouldn't exceed 300 bucks because I can buy a similar used riding mower for 500 bucks. Makes sense. John is a nice guy but he has some severe health issues, which he freely discusses. There were a few minor glitches during his visit but all-in-all, I'm very happy and I'm impressed that he's still hitting the pavement and running a business, despite his obviously painful disabilities. He was able to replace along with a tune-up, oil change and he sharpened the blades. The riding lawn runs like new. John was on time and very professional and he had good humor, which was a plus for us. We certainly are to recommend his service to anyone who has small engine repair needs.

They gain your trust and then you scam you out of thousands of dollars without an apology. They quote you $460 for brake pads on a car that has been there for multiple inspections and then they charge you $1300. The same car they charged $1100 to fix the heater blower in the middle of December. They charged more than the car was worth after quoting significantly less. They are very nice people, but be careful.
