When we got to the door, the cover charge wasn't communicated clearly -- the guy at the door just said "$20," which we assumed was a flat rate, not $20 per person. We ended up paying $100 for the four of us, only to notice the group of women behind us wasn't charged at all. When I asked why, instead of getting an explanation, my friends and I were kicked out. I asked to speak to a manager since we'd been there less than 10 minutes and three of my friends hadn't even gotten a drink (just water), so I asked if they could at least get a refund. Instead of a manager, they sent out a bouncer who told us it "wasn't up to him, it's up to the DJ." When I asked to speak to the DJ directly to clarify what happened, I was kicked out instead. No one ever explained the inconsistent pricing, no one tried to resolve it, and the music wasn't even good enough to justify any of this. Save your money and go somewhere else -- there are much better spots out there that won't nickel-and-dime you at the door and then refuse to talk to you about it.
