Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

Hugh, Mike and team corrected the slope of my side yard, adding compacted soil and new gravel to correct the drainage. They filled in a low spot caused by tree growth in the back yard. Most complicated was a paver patio that had subsided in crazy ways. The back stoop had tilted away from the house and was funneling water into a void right against the foundation. The other companies I contacted fell into four categories: bid a complicated solution at double the price; submitted a two-sentence bid with zero detail; took one look and turned down the work; or ghosted me entirely. What sold me on Grade A was how well they explained what I needed and listened to my concerns. Instead of a buried French drain, they recommended surface solutions (grading, correctly aimed downspouts, splash blocks and gutter guards) so in the coming years, we can verify they're still carrying water away from the house as designed. Grade A bid a fair price, showed up on schedule, communicated every day about progress and field changes, and went out of their way to create a solution that solves the problem -- and find the right materials that let us reuse the existing pavers. I knew in advance the price was subject to change depending on what they found under the stoop. What they found was actually a nightmare but the price adjustment was lower than I expected. Bottom line: drainage problems fixed, yard and patio look great. The crew was friendly, courteous and hard-working. Highly recommend.

In addition to the work a few things that stood out: - Hugh was incredibly easy to work with and honest. If there were changes that needed to happen we'd discuss it and he'd give an updated quote. The update was never absurd and made it so we focused on the job not haggling or worrying. - Grade A was one of the few companies I worked with where the owner seemed connected to all the employees. Hugh introduced them all, seemed to look out for them and acted like a team. They were all really cool in return. All in all for the job well done, ease of working with and great business practices I think working with Grade A is an easy decision and I've already recommended them to some neighbors.

A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. Sewer main replacement (clay) Oct 2024: Sewer Lines Only (SLO) scoped and replaced my outdoor 90yo clay sewer line. They said the internal cast iron was solid, and I was scheduled within the week. Hyperflow's estimate said the cast iron needed replacement. The team of 3 was on time, worked independently, and was able to put the fence back up that needed to be taken down. No issues, until 2026. Sewer main backup (May 2026): "Flushable" wipes got caught on the rough interior cast iron, and caused a backup. Fit-It-24-7 came and cleared the clog, and sent a second tech to do a scope, with the water OFF. Both techs said "Look at the high areas (yellow in the attached pic) where the cast iron is 'trenched'. The high sides are the pipe, and the in the section with the muddy water, that's where it's completely rusted through, and leaking sewage." They quoted a 8month teacher's salary to do a repair. SLO came to do a scope. The tech (Cameron - very intelligent guy) kept the water RUNNING, so his scope had a clear view of the bottom of the pipe. "The cast iron is rough, so it snagged the wipe. It's in good shape though." But - what about the trenching? "Look here - the water is clear, and you can see to the bottom and see the cast iron. What looks like a 'trench' is just decades of built up residue/oils. The pipe is beneath that (see green circle in my pic) There's no leak, but I recommend a rotary chain to resurface the cast iron, to remove rough areas that snag wipes." The cost was 99% less than the bogus quote.

This is my second repair with Sewer Lines Only, a…read morecollapsed secondary line replacement in 2024 and a collapsed lateral this month on a 120+ year old duplex in Sloan Lake. I was 7 days from closing on a sale, the line was discovered during inspection. The other duplex owner was rightfully out of her mind because the line ran under her beautiful stamped patio. Sewer Lines Only recommended tunneling under the patio from my property. We had (I'm counting....) 7 very reputable sewer companies quote this job. No one else mentioned going in from the side, and when I circled back to ask, none could. SLO's quote was 25% lower than the next lowest bid (thousands in savings) and 50-75% lower than most bids. So I was hesitant. Enter Joe from SLO - a project manager or engineer? He was so confident they could do this job from the side (really confident, not salesy confident), he made himself available to me at any time to explain the work but never once called me to "seal a deal." He probably took 20 calls/texts from me. I took the gamble and got on a plane to Denver. Jerry and his team showed up promptly for the job, were professional, courteous, and thorough. The line was fixed, no patio or fence demo required. When a possible additional leak was discovered with scoping, Joe came out and confirmed personally that there was no issue. Enter Monica in Billing who went the extra mile to figure out how to split invoicing to bill the other owner her portion and free my property up for sale. And did it gladly. Intelligent, progressive solutions, lower-cost, personalized service - same as in 2024 when I worked with Cameron. They dug a trench in my garage and repatched with concrete. No issues 2+ years in. I'll never use anyone but SLO.

If you're ok with longer than promised timelines, no or messed up communication, broken promises and basically being your own project manager - hire these guys. I too have cracks in other walls from their demo of the bathroom floor - I haven't even taken those repairs on yet. My bathroom overhaul started August 5, 2025. Was told 3 weeks construction and then an additional 4-6 weeks for custom shower glass. Reality was construction took 6 weeks, I had to follow up to make sure the shower glass was even measured/ordered and it then took 9 weeks to come in. Even worse - one piece of glass was damaged on install and the replacement took an additional 9 weeks. My project was finally complete on January 30, 2026. Along the way, the project manager decided I didn't need a way to contact him so never gave me his phone number. The person doing the work would say he'll arrive at 8-9 AM and then show up hours later. I had random people showing up to do work that wasn't ready yet. While out of town for a few days (I gave them the dates from the beginning), I got called because the flooring installer was on my front porch. When I returned, no follow up and days later I called the office to ask for a finish date. You know, I have nothing better to do than sit and wait to see if someone shows up every day. Couple weeks later, I noticed missing grout at the bottom of the shower tile - called for help. No response. After waiting weeks, I finally grouted it myself. They did call very promptly every couple of weeks to ask if the final building inspection could be done to close out the permit. Given I had no shower glass, I said no. I was asked couldn't I just put up a temporary shower curtain? Again, no. You'll get your inspection when I get use of my full bathroom again. Two final straws for me - after the damaged glass panel install, one of their employees called and asked if I "really needed it replaced, couldn't I just accept it". Wow. I also got a request for feedback, which I gave and the employee said wow, I am so sorry, we'd like to send you a gift card to go to dinner for all the trouble. That was in November. Now it's nearly the end of March and no gift card ever surfaced. If you can't keep a small promise, what makes anyone think you'll keep a big one? Never again and I'll be sure not to recommend this wrecking crew to anyone.

Foreman checked in and returned along with another employee at the conclusion along with Michael to review and talk through the finished product. Nothing but good. This is a great company.
