Steve put the car up on the lift and pointed this out to me as my 4 and 6 year old looked on. If he welded these in, they would be smashed against the heat shields. No can do. Hmmm, what to do? I came here to put the Lexus sound engineers to shame by reversing all of their sound-deadening ideas for this V8 beast, who's demographic was most certainly 60-something year-old males and older who took testosterone pills, back in 1998.
