This business has an auxiliary location in the Inland Empire. I could not find them there but I used them in Ventura for a property and I was blown away with their attention to detail. They told me they were opening a branch in the Inland Empire and I have been so happy to use them here in the IE. I chose this company based off positive reviews. Big mistake. I have never had a worst experience with a business before and regret ever choosing them. They put my family through hell for the time I had the displeasure of dealing with them. I am one to give the benefit of the doubt, but there was no doubt. I even liked the personalities of the employees. [Oscar, while I can't say I liked the worked done, you are still a nice person and I enjoyed our chats.] The owner was friendly and fun to joke around with till I signed off on the project. His personality quickly changed. A good salesman only. The second I had any concerns over the quality of the work, he became a different person. It was uncomfortable. Gaslighting and condescending. It honestly felt sexist, as he acted as if I was picky over the simplest of asks. What he said never added up. He had pictures as "proof" no harm was done, yet I actually did of the opposite being true. When we could no longer shut any of our doors or cabinets, we had to hire someone to repair them. The owner threatened myself and my family with legal action, even though I repeatedly asked for a final invoice (since we no longer wanted them back in the house). Instead, he tip toed around it and attempted to threaten us. The lies he made up were inconsistent, disturbing and unprofessional. We had to spend the rest of the year repairing the rest of the damages. He tried to act like he was doing us a favor, which he never mentioned till after the threats came in. We weren't worried about the threats, cause we caught all the inconsistences early. Our good friends helped us and walked us through all the mistakes that had been made by this company. Relatives that are also contractors stepped in to talk about the legal mumbo jumbo as well. We have all the pictures and proof printed and saved away. I don't know if the company just decided they didn't care about our house in particular, but if you go back you can find reviews of others experiencing gaslighting and poor communication. Just remember that the age of a home is never an excuse to not do your best. Do it right or not at all. Finally the interior of our home is painted and lovely, after having started over, and we wish we had never heard of "Top Tier" painting. read more

This is definitely a 5-star company! Lucky and Peter went above and beyond in all aspects for our deck project. They are reasonably priced and meticulous in their work. We had our deck stripped of a semi-solid stain that was peeling all over and then stained with a semi-transparent stain. Using a gel and hand sanders, they stripped every spot of stain. We were not at home when they came back to stain our deck and after they had stained one step with our chosen color, they texted us to double check if we liked it. We are so thankful they did this because the stain was way too red! They paused the job until the next day when we were able to choose a different color. The deck looks awesome and we will definitely use this company again and will highly recommend it to friends. read more

Tony from Top Tier came and gave us a reasonable and fair price, and demonstrated knowledge of the roof and how to care for it during the job. I needed two bedrooms and a kitchen painted and went to a Angie's List and another trades reviewing service to find a quality provider. I immediately got a call from Tony, the owner of Top Tier. He came out the same day, gave me a quote explaining in detail the exact process they would follow along with tips for picking colors and getting samples. To me, more important than the price quoted is the confidence I can put in the person providing the service; however, I did have a target price in mind and he hit it within $25. And oh yes, Tony instilled confidence in the job that would be performed. Tony's team showed up, not wearing the traditional white garb covered in paint you expect to see from painters, but clean work clothes in a clean truck. They immediately went to work, laying down rolls of paper to walk on and prepping the rooms to be painted. Surprisingly, the prep took longer than the actual painting.
